Tap the sides of the hands:
Even though I feel everyone’s emotions, I still accept this spiritual gift
Even though the energy of others can feel like a dump truck of emotions being unloaded onto me, I still love my spiritual gift
Even though some people are emotional vampires and they drain me dry, I still deeply love and accept Gods plan and this spiritual gift
Eyebrow – Being an empath can be difficult at times
Side of the Eye – The demands are awfully tiring
Under the Eye – I sometimes wonder if this is a “gift” or a curse
Nose – Why do I have to feel the emotions of others?
Lip – Why is it so difficult to be in a crowded area with lots of people?
Chest – Do I really want to be an empath?  
Armpit – I have a choice…
Wrist – I can either ask God to take away this gift because it’s just too much to handle
Head – Or I can learn a better way to manage it
Eyebrow – If my emotions and my own energy is organized
Side of the Eye – Then the energy of others won’t be so disarming
Under the Eye – I am ready to awaken all my chakras
Nose – I am ready to collect my energy fields and bring them in closer to my body
Lip – I invite the left and right sides of the hemispheres in my brain to communicate and become one
Chest – I invite my spiritual mind and my physical mind to communicate and become one
Armpit – I invite my spirit to lead me in my endeavors
Wrist – I no longer presume to know more than my own spiritual mind
Head – I ask for God to connect an energy flow to my crown chakra
Eyebrow – And fill up my energy fields with love
Side of the Eye – Whenever someone’s emotions come into my energy fields
Under the Eye – I invite this energy to be converted with God’s love
Nose – And released back to the world
Lip – I choose to see this gift… as a gift from my Heavenly Father to lead me in my life
Chest – And I ask for my Heavenly Father to teach me how to utilize this gift
Armpit – In God’s way not my own
Wrist – I ask God to show me a better way
Head – And a higher purpose or an explanation
Eyebrow – I am teachable and I am humbled
Side of the Eye – Maybe these gifts are an opportunity to know what other people need
Under the Eye – Maybe it’s an opportunity to learn how to become “one” with other people
Nose – When people are divided, they are weakened
Lip – However when people act together as “one”
Chest – Like the way God the Father, His son Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost function
Armpit – They are capable of unlimited greatness
Wrist – And They teach with agency and love
Head – I am learning how to live my life
Eyebrow – From my Savior Jesus Christ
Side of the Eye – And I can see how being an empath helps me to become compassionate
Under the Eye – And understanding so I can connect with other people
Nose – And function together with “one” purpose
Lip – It’s like Heavenly Father is reminding me – I’m not alone
Chest – I choose to love and forgive others
Armpit – I choose to take responsibility for my own emotions
Wrist – When someone is dumping their baggage on me
Head – I will invite the love of God to envelop this toxic energy
Eyebrow – And convert it into love
Side of the Eye – To share healing with those who are suffering
Under the Eye – When someone is draining me
Nose – I remember that my energy is limited,
Lip – But God’s energy is unlimited
Chest – I do not have to be the rescuer to other people
Armpit – That is my Savior’s job
Wrist – I trust in God to carry the burdens of others
Head – While I serve those in need and love them
Eyebrow – Accepting them for who they are
Side of the Eye – That is a gift I can offer others - to remind them of God’s love
Under the Eye – I close all the doors misleading me away from God’s blessings in my life
Nose – I no longer place my faith in mankind
Lip – I place all my faith in God and His ways
Chest – I invite God to open all the doors of abundance and blessings to flow into my life
Armpit – And to fill me up with His love to share with others through this spiritual gift
Wrist – Because I am ready to step fully into this amazing opportunity of being an empath
Head – I love this spiritual gift!
