Energy Traps within Relationships

 
Explanation: Within most relationships we are entangled with one another and seeking a solution, but repeating past mistakes.  Energy from the past is siphoning in while energy from the future is draining out.  Maybe you are so upset over the past that you are losing hope in your spouse for a better future. 
The past is DRAINING YOU!!  You have been putting all your time and energy into the past, with the intention of understanding things better in order to create change, but instead the past is draining you and completely blocking the future.  Maybe you are aware you are living in the past and unable to move on from a relationship trauma.  
Let’s remember who the true enemy is and remember that your spouse is your partner, not your enemy.  Let’s remove those energy traps and recommit to one another.   

1. First, we need to return the energy to the Past so it stops draining you and making you miserable.  Choose to change the pattern and accept that your efforts have not created the results you wanted.  Rather than trying harder, let’s try something new.  Take a deep breath, stop and be present. 
2. Let’s focus on gratitude for the experiences you have faced.  I have struggled, life has not gone as planned, but I’ve definitely had opportunities to feel strong emotions.  I have learned anger, regret, resentment, frustration, hurt, pain, loss, guilt, revenge, blame, heartache, etc.  I have also learned love, forgiveness, gratitude, friendship, patience, service, joy, excitement, hope, faith, duality, and gentleness.  I no longer need to change the past or hold onto the past.  It simply exists.  The energy surrounding this event is part of me.  It doesn’t need to change because it has served an important purpose.  God gave me this life and it is full of accelerated growth opportunities.  I choose to EMBRACE the trial, embrace the experience, embrace the hardship and embrace the life I am living.  I do not need to live in the past any longer.  I do not need to change the past.  The past has no power over me anymore.  I am safe to return the energy to the past. 
3. Allow all the energy you are holding return to the past.  This may look like you have been holding onto a large amount of clutter.  Rather than releasing it into the void of nothingness, there is part of you that needs it to remain in the past for evidence associated with your memories to retain safety.  See yourself letting go of the past.  Allow all the energy that has been draining you to return to the past.  (You may need to use an enmity filter if there is anything toxic or deceitful polluting the past)
4. Then close that book, close that chapter in your life.  Ready to start anew…. See yourself closing this book and setting the book down. 
5. Place your hands over your heart and symbolically open up your hands.   See a dove being set free from your heart and a peace offering being shared. 
6. Then kiss that book and focus on gratitude for everything you've experienced and what it has taught you and how everything has brought you to this very Moment in Time.
7. The future has also been draining you of energy.  Return all of the energy that you've been sending into the future while using an enmity filter to filter out any toxic blackness and return your energy: the good and bad and everything in between. It might sound counterintuitive to accept all of your energy no matter what, but we do not want to leave any drains open and instead except the fact that you have chosen to put forth all of your energy into a future expectation rather than being able to access a perfect brightness of hope for a better outcome.  Hope is a good thing that we tend to put our thoughts into what we want to happen, how we want God to bless you, how you want your spouse to change or even a presumed inevitable disappointment.  You don't know exactly how to resolve or solve your struggles and once you can stop giving all of your power away then you can start asking God if he can help you to resolve your struggles in His way.
8. This particular trickster is within you and mimicking you. Ask an angel for a dagger containing pure energy from the source of energy within the universe. This dagger will contain both light and dark so that it can pull out this Trickster and trap it within the dark half.  Stab this dagger into your heart chakra.  The light half of the dagger, will bind the trickster.  At this point it will separate.  And the dark part of the dagger will depart on its own while containing the trickster to dispose of it. 
9. Now the heart was broken and we need to also release the people that you have been holding within your heart as a result of the conflict.  It was an act of codependency.  Intentionally open up that heart and release all your loved ones.
10. Then do some spiritual healing steps on the heart.  Ask for the sun sword to cauterize the wounds and bring the heart back into one piece.  Ask for the living waters and the light of Christ to assist the heart in healing.  (Be aware if you also need to do the protection energy or the punishment energy before bringing the heart back together into one piece.)
11. And now we want to recommit to the overall goal and create Godly hope for a better future. So, we want to turn and look at these loved ones and hold their hands and wave the white flag. You are not my enemy; you are my partner.  Let's focus on God together. I will not allow the true enemy to divide us. I choose to remember my true purpose. I choose to focus on the perfect brightness of Hope. I do not know the solution or the answer to create the piece that I seek. So instead of trying to force a certain outcome or blaming the past, I will instead keep my eyes fixated on heaven and remain a humble student of God. I do not expect Perfection from myself or others. Sin is a beautiful opportunity to become acquainted with the atonement. I will no longer hold others to an expectation of perfection. Every step of my journey is teaching me and helping me to develop strength. I choose to embrace these opportunities.  Thank you for being a part of my journey. Then turn and face forward while holding hands with your loved ones.
12. Now ask heavenly father if there is a better solution to your problems. The goal is to feel light and love and peace. Reality is we do not know how to create that. Ask God to show you a better solution.  The miracle is the change of heart. We often times believe that the miracle will only occur when somebody else changes. However, the true Miracle is when your own heart is at peace and filled with light and Hope and love. This is always available to you and has always been available to you. Open your crown chakra and embrace God's love within your heart allowing that light to flow through all your chakras and into your spirit core. And if you feel safe to do so, open up your heart to allow the true spiritual core energy to shine from your heart and share that loving energy flow with others, especially your spouse. You may have previously shut down due to the pain and conflict, but opening up your heart will bring you the true peace that you have been seeking.
