INTRODUCTION
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” - John 3:16 in The Bible.
We live in a world that prioritizes comfort, over growth. God has a divine plan and there is a purpose for everything, but there is a potential that we have yet to realize and bring into fruition. Please pray and ask for God to teach you what I may fail to explain. If you pray about these messages, God will answer you and teach you in ways that my words are limited. “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God.” – James 1:5
This book is SACRED to me! Go forth with this knowledge, be fruitful and multiply! Share it with others, support them and teach them, but do not simply feed men fish and keep the glory for yourself, teach them to fish. Throw your stone upon the waters and allow your ripple to stretch forth. Allow this manual to become a tool in your backpack as you navigate the storms of life. Share it freely and support others as they strive to improve themselves too. This knowledge is free and has the power as the staff of Moses. This is God’s message; His work and glory.
The miracles within the scriptures offer Hope that you can overcome all things with God. Our beliefs about God may differ. Please pray and allow the spirit to translate God’s words into your mind through the Holy Ghost. Revelation of the deeper mysteries of God will evolve as we mature and our minds are opened without division.
The world is changing rapidly and the only way to survive is with God. We are still “fallen” from the presence of God, but “this life is the time for men to prepare to meet God” – Alma 34:32 in The Book of Mormon. In order for the Savior to live with us, we must prepare a way! “I am the resurrection, and the life: He that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.” John 11: 25-26 in the Bible.
Health, Happiness, Healing and PURE JOY is your birthright, as you deepen your relationship with God. This manual is designed to help you overcome suffering and experience true joy. Each section has a short lesson with steps to practice and repeat as needed. The visualizations in this manual are based off scripture stories so the work can become testimonial. The power of the atonement produces miracles, but the greatest miracle of all, results from attunement with God. This is unlike anything you’ve ever done, but yet somehow, it’s everything you already knew. This book is written as a manual or guide, but God is your teacher. “For behold, this is my work and my glory – to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.” – Moses 1:39 in the Pearl of Great Price.

SECTION ONE
Suffering isn't in the way of Happiness,
Suffering is the way to Happiness
God offered a beautiful parable to represent the purpose for the suffering we face in life. My young son has Down Syndrome and recently attended intensive physical therapy to become strong in areas he is weak. He is incapable of knowing his potential or his weaknesses, as this is all he has ever known. The direction was to work on balance along with leg/foot strength. The first exercise is a wobbly board. It sounds counterintuitive to strengthen balance by walking on a wobbly board, where there is no center of balance except the balance he creates within his own core.
The therapist uses a toy as motivation and encourages him to cross that wobbly board. The therapist also places her hands around his thighs to stabilize areas he is weakest. The therapist removes external sources for balance so he creates that strength and balance within.
My son takes the first step and falls to the ground, but wants the toy so he crawls across the board. This defeats the purpose so he is brought back to the start. He attempts again and likewise fails. He grows irritated and resistant to this impossible task, refusing to participate. The therapist gently and lovingly encourages him to try again.
In a moment it clicks in his mind, the purpose is not to fail, nor to receive the toy. He overcomes the automatic desire to resist and instead steps into a space of acceptance and willingness. This time he accepts the help of the therapist, the direction of his loving parent, and focuses on the challenging trial/exercise. He is intentional and careful with each step, quickly crossing that wobbly board without falling!
BUT he doesn’t quickly grab that toy as though he is finally done with the struggling exercise. Instead, he turns around to face the therapist and his loving parent and he cheers for himself. The tears that flowed as I was rejoicing WITH him were beyond comparison.
The therapist represents Christ. The loving parent represents God the Father. My young child represents YOU! The toy represents the health, happiness, and healing you are seeking. The exercise represents the trial, suffering or challenge you are facing in life. BUT the true purpose of the exercise is strengthening the areas you are weak.
When my son completed crossing this wobbly board, he was given time with the toy as motivation to keep going. Since the true purpose was to gain strength and balance in areas he is weakest, his willingness to continue as the exercises were advancing in intensity, helped him to develop the desired balance and strength. His faith in me as a loving parent he can trust, helped him to access a place within him, of motivation and commitment. Being willing to suffer through challenges made the exercises seem easier. When he resisted, he was unable to complete the task without great difficulty, thus making the exercise a prolonged and challenging experience. Maybe suffering is not in the way of happiness, but the way to happiness. Maybe the miracle is the change of heart.
This experience can be a reflection of ways your suffering feels overwhelming. It can also be a reflection of ways you can place your faith in God and our loving Savior. We are here on this earth, developing balance and strength in ways we are weakest. Our struggles have a purpose that we cannot fully understand. When we advance our personal revelation, we can develop a oneness with God. We can develop appreciation for the struggles so we can know joy. Achieving this growth requires we surrender all we have unto God, becoming like a little child; humble, meek, mild and teachable.
If it so be that ye should labor all your days and bring, save it be one soul unto me, (that’s YOU), how great shall be your joy with him, in the kingdom of my Father.” D&C 18:10. How much joy will be yours when you meet God and He says – “Well done thy good and faithful servant.” – Matthew 25:23 in the Bible.

Resistance
Resistance is the natural reaction to suffering, which leaves you powerless to something outside your control, thus limiting agency and increasing suffering. When I say unto you, God is the solution you seek. You might say, I already have God in my heart. You might say, the suffering is too great, I need relief so I can function. You might say, I’m powerless because my suffering is at the hand of my enemy. But the Lord hath said: “I say unto you, nay. The path ye seek just leads to more suffering because ye are lost.”
Expectations create a cycle of suffering and emotional distress. When your expectations aren’t met, you feel frustration or disappointment, which leads to feeling robbed, which leads to resentment or conflict. Then you seek relief by creating more expectations of yourself or others or even displaced faith in God, which drains your energy. Some expectations are even past tense, regarding trauma. Suffering provides evidence to the mind that the trauma created suffering, but that’s deception because the trial is part of God’s plan; the expectation creates suffering! Some expectations seem appropriate regarding the actions of loved ones, but resulting in anger when you’re inevitably disappointed. You’re giving away your power and creating unnecessary suffering by holding onto these expectations.
We begin our healing journey, by breaking out of this cycle. Start with one specific trial or experience you’re struggling with and go through the steps in this manual for that specific situation you are facing.

- Embrace the pain you feel in your body or your heart. Allow yourself to deeply feel that pain, rather than resist it. Your body is communicating with you that the pain and suffering is uncomfortable. This may be emotional or physical or spiritual. The pain is not the problem that needs removal so that you can do things according to your will, the pain is the teacher. So, let’s learn.
- Expectations: Visualize money in your hand, this money represents your expectations: penitence, an apology, stability, health, happiness, healing, a do-over, romance, abundance, etc. Use one token of money per expectation that comes to mind that’s associated with the trial you’re facing. Money is the result of hard work and feels like something you’ve earned and deserve! Money is simply a physical item with no value until it’s traded to purchase something you want or need. Money represents your expectations; in the same way your expectations represent something you want or feel you’ve earned or should have experienced. Tithing represents things of this world in exchange for things of God’s Kingdom. All healing you seek is found with God. Visualize: you are the widow from the Bible story in Mark 12:42 of the Widow’s Mite. See yourself take all this money and what it could represent and place it on an altar as tithing. This is a sacrifice of the things you want in this world, as an act of faith, to know God. Take the time to see yourself place all this money on an altar as tithing to God. I’m willing to give up all the things I want in this world or in my life, to know my loving Father in Heaven. This offering opens the ability to begin accepting and appreciating what we already have. This doesn’t need to be a begrudging act; we simply cannot receive more if we don’t appreciate what we already have.
Acceptance
“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” – The Serenity Prayer.
Acceptance is a willingness to proceed with the life God has offered you. This is your current reality and if you choose to accept and endure your trials, then you’re cooperating with God. We are little children at physical therapy and our loving Father has a purpose for every trial we face. Embrace the life you have and rejoice in it! Acceptance creates strength and helps you to achieve your potential because you’re acting in harmony with God, thus overcoming suffering. The result is like turning on a light in a dark room. Suffering can be the path to finding God and experiencing health, happiness, healing and JOY! Suffering isn’t in the way of happiness; suffering is the way to happiness!
Christ bled from every pore and suffered FOR you, this was a sacrifice He willingly made. What we fail to understand is that sacrifices bring us closer to God, they elevate our light, and they increase God’s gifts. When Christ was praying, He was full of big emotions, “Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.” Luke 22:42 in The Bible. What if the only way for Christ to feel strong enough to proceed, was to go into the Garden and offer a sacrifice first. Then the sacrifice on the cross was equally big for the resulting miracle of the resurrection. Sacrifices result in miracles. In the Garden of Gethsemane, how can Christ feel everything with us, if we are hiding our thoughts and emotions from Him? You are blessing Christ by letting Him into your heart to feel with you, which helps make the atonement possible. This is a gift you are offering Christ by sharing yourself and accepting his love.

- Acceptance: visualize going to the Garden of Gethsemane. Kneel in prayer and ask for permission to enter therein. Wait until Christ invites you, by offering His hand. Be reverent, this is a sacred space. Christ starts by offering you LOVE! This love He feels for you, is perfect and unconditional. His love creates a sense of safety; there is no force, His love is simply being offered. You get to choose to receive His love. Open your heart and receive His love. You do not need to hide your face from Him, you are invited to let Him see you (you might even get to see Him in return). Most importantly, let Him truly see all of you including all your pain and suffering. Accept God’s love and put your faith in God, that there is a purpose to your struggles. When you are accepting God’s love, you are actually accepting your life and trials. Your body acts in harmony with God, therefore as you accept God into your heart, you are also accepting yourself. Love conquers all: we don't overcome Darkness; God Inspires us with His light. His light and love can influence and inspire your own inner light to shine brighter as His love can remind you of who you are in the eyes of God.
Gratitude
The Lord hath said: “I have given thee life and that is reason to celebrate.” Spiriling gratitude starts in your innermost core, then working your way outward. Grounding uses awareness techniques to reset in the present moment. Counting your blessings is a prayer of appreciation and gratitude for all that God offers, including life itself.
“If you should render all the thanks and praise which your whole soul has power to possess, to that God who has created you and has kept and preserved you…and is preserving you from day to day, by lending you breath… ye would be unprofitable servants.” – Mosiah 2:20-21 in The Book of Mormon.

- Visualize: you are still in the Garden of Gethsemane and offering gratitude. “Thank you for teaching me what pain and suffering feels like. I now know for myself that pain and suffering is quite miserable. I much prefer the light and love that You offer. My ways are not your ways; I might have been selfish, desiring to overcome suffering so I could do things according to my will, which made me blind to all the blessings you have already offered me. That has resulted in further separation from my Creator, which is the source of true suffering in my heart and soul. Father, will you teach me how to love, in your way? Will you teach me all that I am ready to learn? This pain is a reminder that true suffering is being separated from Your Holy presence and True Joy is only found IN Your presence. Thank you for reminding me and helping me find my way back home. I am so grateful for all I have, all that I have learned, all I have overcome, all the strength I have acquired, and the compassion I have developed. Thank you for your patience with me Lord. Lord, I will follow thee.
Agency
God gave you the emotional awareness of how joy and suffering feels, so you could make a choice. The true source of ALL your suffering is being separated from God. The great deceiver would make you believe that you are not actually fallen from God’s presence. Right now, you are still unable to stand in God’s presence without being destroyed. If you desire to live with Christ when He returns, you must change. “For I the Lord cannot look upon sin with the least degree of allowance.” Doctrine and Covenants 1:31
Being cast out of the Garden of Eden and out of God’s presence means we are not able to continue in a world where there is no suffering. You seek validation for crushing trials beyond too heavy to bear. You might feel justified in your automatic emotional reactions, to trials you did not get to choose! The natural man is the reactionary state where we lack progression, we are seeking to overcome that reactionary state and progress, therefore there will be resistance. Rather than attempt to remove that resistance, God already prepared to use this as a strength training opportunity. We are working to become one with God; to become worthy enough to merge our thoughts with His thoughts. Remember you are a child at physical therapy feeling upset that you are being forced to cross a wobbly board and you don’t understand the purpose yet.

- Did you have a choice? Why did Adam and Eve choose disobedience and leave the Garden of Eden? What if I told you that you made the very same choice. If you feel you were entitled to a different life because this HUGE choice was made for you, your natural reaction to suffering, will be to displace blame. Blame leaves you victimized to the choices of others. When you resist the natural man, you will be capable of many great and marvelous things. It takes effort to accept the responsibility of agency which is actually a beautiful gift of freedom! Visualize yourself as Adam or Eve having been cast out of the Garden of Eden into the lone and dreary world and kneel in prayer. Ask God if this is true; was I given a choice and did I make the same choice to gain knowledge of good and evil so I could progress and become like God? It’s important to gain a testimony that you are not suffering due to a choice you never made. Dedicate time to prayer and seek God’s answer, not mine.
- Agency means you can change your mind! I have a choice and I accept this responsibility as I am accountable for my choices. I have chosen thoughts of anger, which created more anger. I no longer choose anger. I’ve chosen to restrict other’s agency to avoid conflict which led to more conflict. I no longer choose to control the agency of others. I have chosen judgmental thoughts which led to feeling unworthiness myself. I no longer choose judgmental thoughts. I have chosen feelings of defeat, which led to feeling more defeated and hopeless. I no longer choose thoughts of defeat. I choose to stop creating thoughts and emotions that are feeding darkness and I take responsibility for my choices.
Accountability
You’re responsible for your choices, including the thoughts and emotions resulting from trials. Your thoughts have been involuntary your whole life. You may feel powerless to control your thoughts or emotions because they are automatic responses to experiences in your life. Your thoughts either oppose God or harmonize with God. “The natural man is an enemy to God…and will be, forever and ever, unless he yields to the enticings of the Holy Spirit, and putteth off the natural man…and becometh as a child, submissive, meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord seeth fit to inflict upon him.” – Mosiah 3:19 in The Book of Mormon.
The challenge is recognizing what thoughts are oppositional to God. We seek righteousness, but lack self-awareness due to deception. “Deny yourself of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind, and strength.” – Moroni 10:32 in The Book of Mormon. You have been practicing organizing intentional thoughts every time you pray. We are learning the power and responsibility of our thoughts. “In the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God…All things were made by Him.” John 1:1-3 in The Bible.

- Accountability for your own thought energy: visualize yourself carrying your cross next to the Savior. This cross represents your trials, all your sins, all your thoughts and all your emotions. “Life discouraged me and I fell prey to the temptations of the adversary, I take responsibility for my choices and the consequences. I’m humbled and honored by Your loving sacrifice for me.” Accepting responsibility for this cross is an act of cooperation as you place your faith in God. This cross you are called to bear is heavy and burdensome, but Christ is walking alongside you. Instead of focusing on your suffering, turn your head and focus on the Savior. Cast your eyes onto the Savior and allow His love to be your strength. Reach out and hold hands with the Savior. The weight of your cross is bearable when the burden is shared, it may even become weightless. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest…For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” – Matthew 11: 28 & 30 in The Bible.
Joy in Hope
“Adam fell that men might be; and men are that they might have JOY.” – 2 Nephi 2:25 in The Book of Mormon.
You CAN overcome all suffering! God’s ways are not logical, they are higher than the ways of this earth! We have been so distracted by using logical steps to “fix” the suffering we face, that we failed to seek the kingdom of God first. We are using the tree of knowledge to understand the tree of life. BUT it’s all about faith in God.
Your suffering is a GIFT, it’s an invitation, it’s God’s higher form of communication. Resisting that invitation is true suffering. Feel yourself open your heart, open your mind, open yourself up, to God. God wants you to succeed and will teach you too! The problems you face, just might have been God’s solution to prepare you for living in a translated world with Christ. We cannot comprehend our potential, but with faith all things are possible.
When you can appreciate the gift of struggles, you can also appreciate the gift of joy. True joy doesn’t come from a lack of suffering, nor is it unattainable. Every time a storm rages in your life, you can be at peace. True Joy is being so interconnected with God that you literally vibrate and radiate God’s countenance from every inch of your being. His light can radiate from your entire being, changing every part of you. Joy is the light of God within you, as you are dedicated to this relationship to become more like Him in every thought. When you need nothing apart from God and this relationship is your entire world, you will begin feeling true JOY is everlasting. Joy is almost impossible to contain.
“A single thread in a tapestry though it’s color brightly shines, can never see its purpose in the pattern of the grand design. And the stone that sits at the very top of the mountains mighty face, does it think it’s more important than the stones that form the base? So how can you see what your life is worth or where your value lies? You can never see through the eyes of man; you must look at your life through heaven eyes. A lake of gold in the desert sand is less than a cool fresh spring. And to one lost sheep, a shepherd boy is greater than the richest king. If a man loses everything he owns has he truly lost his worth? Or is it the beginning of a new and brighter birth? SO how do you measure the worth of a man in wealth or strength or size? In how much he gained or how much he gave? The answer will come to him who tries to look at his life through heaven’s eyes. And that’s why we share all we have with you though there’s little to be found. When all you’ve got is nothing there’s a lot to go around. No life can escape being blown about by the winds of change or chance. And though you’ll never know all the steps you must learn to join the dance. SO how do you judge what a man is worth by what he builds or buys? You can never see with your eyes on earth. Look at your life through heaven’ eyes.” – Through Heaven’s Eyes written by Brian Stokes Mitchell.

SECTION TWO
The Miracle is the Change of Heart
The 10 Commandments offer freedom and hope as every broken commandment can still lead us back to God. We are fine-tuning ourselves to become worthy of God’s presence, this is a higher standard than that of the world. Christ summarized the key to happiness: “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” Matthew 22: 37, 39 in the Bible. These 10 Commandments are powerful ways we can become humbled to living God’s ways. Moses sought to be worthy in his thoughts and as he feared the power of God, he remained sufficiently humble. Repentance is key to progression.
- “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” The natural man is weak and seeks strength, but the Lord hath said: “If a lamb is weak, hath ye become a Lion? If ye hath become a lion, can ye lie in peace with the lamb? If ye lie in peace with the lamb, then ye need a shepherd. If ye hath a shepherd, then ye shall know I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.” The natural man seeks worldly ideals, but the Lord hath said: “If dark thoughts burden ye, do ye seek solace in the world? If ye seek solace in the world, have ye lost the way? If ye lost the way, then look towards the light of the sun. If ye hath felt the warmth of the sun in your heart, then ye are not lost for I am with thee always. If ye know I am with thee always, then ye also know I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.” The natural man is simple minded, but the Lord hath said: “If ye hath partaken of my holy sacrament, then ye bear my name. If ye bear my name, then honor me with good works. If ye work to honor me all the days of thy life, then ye hath felt the healing power of God’s love. If the love of God resides within thy heart, then ye know I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.” The natural man is dominated by distractions, but the Lord hath said: “If the Lord rested on the final day of creation and hath declared a sabbath day, then it is sacred unto me. If the sabbath is sacred unto me, then ye know all my creations are sacred. If ye know all my creations are sacred, then ye can appreciate the gift of life. If ye appreciate the gift of life, then ye feel love for one another. If ye hath love for one another, then there is peace on earth. When there is peace on earth, be still and know I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Honour thy father and thy mother.” The natural man is oppositional, but the Lord hath said: “If ye are humble to the ways of thy Father and Mother in heaven, then ye shall find purpose. If ye honor my purpose, know ye are not alone in thy mission as the angels surround thee. If ye choose to fulfill thy mission, then ye shall be found worthy in the last days. When ye are found worthy in the last days, then ye shall know eternal life, as I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Thou shalt not kill.” The natural man seeks vengeance, but the Lord hath said: “If ye seek death, the gift of life is taken away. If the gift of life is taken away, ye are lost in the darkness of the world. If ye are lost in the darkness of the world, Fear not, for I shall find thee. When I find thee, ye shall need a Savior to stand before the Father. If ye are blessed to stand in cleanliness before our Father, then ye shall know I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Thou shalt not commit adultery.” The natural man seeks pleasure, but the Lord hath said: “If love is offered unto thee, seek to cherish this gift. If ye cherish love as a gift, then honor God with marriage. If ye are blessed to know marriage, ye know this covenant is sacred. If this covenant of marriage is kept sacred, the powers of creation will be bestowed upon thee. If God’s powers of creation are bestowed upon thee, then eternal life with thy family shall be thy reward. If ye hold the love of thy eternal family as sacred, then ye shall know joy eternal, for I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Thou shalt not steal.” The natural man depends on God for survival and so the Lord hath said: “If God blesses thee with the gift of life, then ye must keep His commandments. If ye fail to keep the commandments, then ye hath stolen life from me. If ye hath stolen from me, then ye must repent. If ye seek me through repentance, ye shall find me. When ye find me, then be still and know I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” The natural man deceives, but the Lord hath said: “If ye covenant to take upon my name, this honor shall be entrusted upon you. If ye falsify thyself in my name, ye have mocked the very essence of God. If ye mock God, then ye shall know suffering. If ye suffer, I shall comfort thee and offer my love. If ye accept my love, ye shall feel the power of forgiveness and know I am the Lord thy God.”
- “Thou shalt not covet.” The natural man consumes abundance, but the Lord hath said: “If ye appreciate the blessings of God, then ye shall be satisfied. If ye are satisfied, then give all glory unto God. If ye glorify God, He shall share His wealth untold. If ye also share this wealth untold, ye are building up of the Kingdom of God. When ye build the kingdom of God upon the earth, the Lord shall reign and ye shall once again see that I am the Lord thy God.”
Surrender to God
“Come unto Christ and be perfected in him…by His grace ye may be perfect in Christ.” Moroni 10:32 in The Book of Mormon. All healing comes from God, all life comes from God, all you seek to overcome can only be overcome with God.
You are as a palm leaf that was attached to a living tree, that tree is God and eternal life. One day you sought to become like God, knowing good from evil. When that palm leaf was plucked from the tree, it no longer has the source of life coming from the tree. One day the seeds from that leaf can be fertilized into its own tree, but not before the leaf comes alive once again. “No man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.” – John 14:6 in The KJV Bible.
Your Brokenness is beautiful unto God and He can take all of your experiences no matter how dark and turn them into something good. “If the very jaws of hell shall gape open the mouth wide after thee, know thou, my son, that all these things shall give thee experience, and shall be for thy good.” Doctrine and Covenants 122. We cannot be perfect on our own; we are perfected in Christ. Our brokenness can be a vessel for God's beauty to shine through us. “My grace is sufficient for thee, for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me…for when I am weak, then am I strong.” 2 Corinthians 12: 9 & 10 in The Bible.
The Lord hath said: “Humble yourself before Me and learn of My way, the ways of righteousness. Do not cast that leaf aside thinking it is too dirty or has no value. Take this leaf and place it before me, you are incapable of returning life unto a leaf that has been plucked off a tree.”

- Succumb: the penalty for sin is death, you can only be free of your emotional distress when you die! Be of good cheer for Christ overcame death and sin on your behalf, He feels honored to share this gift with you. Stop resisting and opposing God and His perfect plan. Christ overcame all things FOR you and wants to be your partner!
- Submit: God loves you and wants to connect with you, but you must be clean. Humble yourself by desiring to improve; accept God’s help to conquer these powerful temptations. The holy commandments must be cleansed of sin in order to protect you and lead you towards a deeper connection with God’s miracles.
- Surrender: by repenting for breaking any of the 10 commandments. You are holding 10 palm leaves, representing each of the 10 commandments you’ve broken. There is one more palm leaf and this is YOU as you submit to God’s power and fully surrender yourself to Him. We are choosing to no longer be in opposition to God or His plan. We are choosing to honor God’s plan. Place each palm leaf upon the ground, just like they did in Jerusalem when Christ rode His donkey into the city. Ask Christ for help and then SURRENDER; allow Christ to Conquer this for you. He will walk over these palm leaves and bring life back into them, making them holy once again. Pause to allow this to take place.
- These commandments are sacred and can be a useful tool, full of life and part of your being. Pick up these palm leaves and embrace these beautiful commandments and all the life they represent, treasure them always!
His Sacrifice, Your Freedom
The Lord hath said: “Your thoughts divide you from the thoughts of God. The thoughts of God lead to everlasting life and joy. God’s ways are not your ways and your ways are that of destruction. Thus, you are in debt. Your debt shall accumulate and destroy the life within you. Your thoughts are such as this, payment. Payment that shall remain filthy and stained from the blood of this world. This debt is draining your inner bank of its assets. Are you willing to allow the debt to be paid or will the debt collector take you away?”
There are 7 types of deadly thought emotions that create destruction and are oppositional to life itself: pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth. We are hyper aware of these traits within others, but blind to our own. The natural man excuses sinful thoughts, allowing the blindness to confuse and corrupt and thus binding God. The deceptive quality of these thoughts and emotions keeps us trapped in a cycle lacking progression. “The guilty taketh the truth to be hard, for it cutteth them to the very center.” – 1 Nephi 16:2 in The Book of Mormon.
“Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” - Matthew 3:2 in the Bible. Anger is blindness that divides to conquer, seeking strength over others. Pride is turning away from God, masking a sense of weakness with overpowering resistance. Greed is constant consumption of resources, never being satisfied, and leaving scraps for others. Gluttony is trapped in the need for excess and wastefulness, seeking pleasure for comfort. Envy is the inability to see oneself as complete, rather seeking to live the life meant for another. Lust is an appetite with no regard for consequence as the hunger consumes self-restraint. Sloth is sorrow the eye cannot see while avoiding contact or personal development. We are “sanctified in Christ by the grace of God, through the shedding of the blood of Christ, which is in the covenant of the Father unto the remission of your sins, that ye become holy, without a spot.” – Moroni 10:33 in The Book of Mormon.

- Succumb: the resistance you feel is the natural man. You’ve responded to suffering with resistance in the form of strong emotions. However, the penalty for these sinful thoughts is death, but Christ died on your behalf. When you surrender these thoughts to God, He can conquer them on your behalf and free you from suffering.
- Submit: to God’s ultimate power. God can overcome all pain and suffering if you allow Him to. “Wherefore I say unto you, all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.” – Matthew 12:31. Our hearts are hardened and resistant to God’s love, which prevents the Holy Ghost from entering our hearts. God cannot pardon the sin and free us from suffering, if we don’t let Him into our hearts to cleanse us, therefore making it unpardonable.
- Surrender: visualize going to Calvary and kneel before the Savior. Surrender your sinful ways and allow Christ to conquer all. Your greed is the crown of thorns – place the crown of thorns upon His head. Your pride is His cross – place His cross into the ground. Your envy is the nail in His feet – hammer this nail into His feet. Your lust is the nail in His right hand – hammer the nail into His hand. Your slothfulness is the nail in His left hand – hammer the nail into His left hand. Your gluttony is the spear thrust into in His side – pierce His side with the spear. Your wrath/anger is the vinegar – place that vinegar-soaked rag in the Savior’s mouth. If you committed murder or another grievous sin that needs overcome on the cross, place these nails in the Savior’s wrists. Now, kneel at His feet and repent. Example: “Father, I was blind, but now I see. I have created darkness with my thoughts and I’m truly unclean. I’m humbled and sorry for the pain I have caused. Please forgive me, I’m weak.” In His agony, Christ utters 10 words spoken for you. “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.” – Luke 23:34 in The Bible.
- When Christ dies, these items are placed upon the ground. Bury the crown of thorns, the nails, the spear, the vinegar-soaked rag, and even the cross. Bury your sinful thoughts and offer yourself closure. This is a humbling process of self-awareness. There are 3 days of darkness that represent your grief. Grief for the choices you’ve made and the consequences.
The Storm
The natural man feels abandoned, like Father has forsaken us on earth to suffer alone. “My God, why hast thou forsaken me?” – Matthew 27:46 in The Bible. We all feel rejected, having been removed from God’s presence and we all struggle to accept a life of trials. There is a deep grief and agony over death and being separated from God. The depth of grief causes us to isolate and push God away, preventing us from remembering who we are. These deeper emotions are masked by the earthly sorrows associated with death. We feel defensiveness because we misunderstand forgiveness. Every inch of our being resists suffering illness, terrified of our own mortality or weaknesses. We are terrified to lose our loved ones and desperate to keep our families safe and avoid any further suffering. We seek validation when we feel powerless, to reassure ourselves to guarantee God’s protection or to justify extreme suffering. We are desperately seeking a solution or at least an explanation. “It is by grace that we are saved, after all we can do.” – 2 Nephi 25:23 The Book of Mormon.
The previous steps cleaned up the past, but life’s trials are still upon us and we must learn how to handle trials differently if we are to live in peace with one another and with Christ.
The previous steps cleaned up the past, but life’s trials are still upon us and we must learn how to handle trials differently if we are to live in peace with one another and with Christ.
- Succumb: During these 3 days of darkness, visualize yourself in a boat in the open seas. There is a great storm causing the winds and waves to threaten your safety. The storm is not ceasing and seems to be growing in intensity with minimal periods of relief before intensifying once again. You feel terrified and all alone, your adrenaline is skyrocketing, your body is exhausted, and you can’t foresee any solution. You’re paddling relentlessly, but seemingly getting nowhere. Your thoughts and emotions are naturally foreshadowing and your body is growing old with exhaustion. Likewise; your life is full of trials most of which are out of your control or caused by the actions of others. Your resistance is fruitless, yet you still seek safety by paddling through the storm. Your thoughts and emotions seem to create an internal storm that is also raging, as your body is wearing down from the fight to stay alive. You are being pushed beyond your ability to withstand even another moment and you fall to your knees in prayer. “Master, the tempest is raging! The sky is o’ershadowed with blackness. Carest thou not that we perish? Master, with anguish of spirit I bow in my grief today. The depths of my sad heart are troubled. Torrents of sin and of anguish sweep o’er my sinking soul, and I perish! I perish! dear Master. Oh, hasten and take control! The winds and the waves shall obey thy will: Peace, be still. Whether the wrath of the storm-tossed sea or demons or men or whatever it be, no waters can swallow the ship where lies the Master of ocean and earth and skies. They all shall sweetly obey thy will: peace, be still; peace, be still. They all shall sweetly obey thy will: peace, peace, be still.” – Master the Tempest is Raging in the LDS Hymnal.
- Submit: Throw your paddles overboard and simply accept the that you are powerless to the storm. Submit to God’s power, you cannot stop the storm. You cannot protect your boat and your paddles are only offering you bouts of comfort. You’re displacing your faith and opposing God when you fight against the storm. Throw your paddles overboard and stop the fight. The storm is responding to the storm inside you, you can be at peace within, no matter the situation in your presence. Close your eyes and fall to your knees. Stop focusing on the pain, the conflict, the trial, and the turmoil in all its forms.
- Surrender and kneel in prayer; see yourself raise up into a cloud of heavenly white peaceful essence. Always start with love, then balance yourself internally by focusing on surrendering to God. This is how Moses remained peaceful amidst turmoil and kept His focus on God. You’re not alone, nor have you ever been alone. The Savior is by your side and aware of your needs. Be at peace for God loves you. The storm in your life responds and reacts to you, naturally calming as well. God has always been with you, trying to get your attention so He could help you. FOCUS ON GOD, LEARN FROM GOD; He is the calm in the storm of your life. All the distress in your body can be at peace when you are at peace with God. There is a purpose to your struggles, offer God your cooperation and honor Him with your support for His plan.
- Now, look around and see that the storm calmed because it responded to your loving, calm energy. Its purpose has come to an end and the sun joyfully parts through the clouds and shines brightly in the sky. The waves pushed your little boat near the shore, helping you along your way. Offer gratitude to the sky, the sun, the sea, the boat, and to God. “Master, the terror is over. The elements sweetly rest. Earth’s sun in the calm lake is mirrored, and heavens within my breast. Linger, O blessed Redeemer! Leave me alone no more, and with joy I shall make the blest harbor and rest on the blissful shore.” – Master the Tempest is Raging.
- Now, stand up and walk on the water. GOD IS ALWAYS WITH YOU and there is nothing preventing you from walking on water. Do you believe in Christ? Then, stand up and walk on the water and rest on that blissful shore.
Forgiveness
God, the Father, withdrew His Spirit from Christ while on the cross, but this was a gift from God to show Christ how it felt to be lost, like all those who crucified Him. Christ allowed that experience to touch His heart with compassion for his abusers, naturally feeling forgiveness.
In the Bible; Fear Not is spoken 365 times, which means to trust in God. “Faith” or “Faith in God” is spoken over 450 times in The Bible. Christ teaches we can move mountains, part the sea, walk on water, and heal the sick if we have enough faith. Witnessing Moses’s faith almost felt foreign to me. “Faith is things which are hoped for and not seen; wherefore, dispute not for ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith.” – Ether 12:6 in the Book of Mormon.

- Visualize: You are resting on that blissful shore when you realize Christ has resurrected and is preaching a sermon unto a large crowd in your midst. Christ beckons for you to join Him at the front of the crowd. As you look at the crowd, your heart sinks as you realize Christ is offering a sermon to your enemies. This crowd consists of every person who has ever wronged you, hurt you, abused or tormented you. Christ asks you to forgive your enemies and offers you baskets filled with loaves and fishes representing a peace offering.
- Mercy and Grace: In Matthew 18, there’s a parable of the talents. Christ reminds you when you were suffering how He purified you, died on the cross for you, resurrected for you to pay your debts, and cleansed your wings to fly. These people in the crowd have sinned against you and you are the only person who can pardon their debt and free them. Can you free them from bondage the way Christ freed you? Christ holds your hands while looking compassionately into your eyes and whispers; “free my people”. Your heart aches and moans with resistance. Christ says, “I have forgiven them, can you?” You respond, “But Christ, they should be held accountable. How can you be protecting them from me, when I’m just defending myself. They hurt ME…ME…and I’m still suffering from what they’ve done.” Christ says, “you have engraven an image on your heart of the life you covet, that you feel has been stolen from you. In your pain from the tragedies in life, you have chosen revenge and enslaved thine abusers, rejecting the life I’ve offered you. You took my name upon yourself and misrepresented me acting as their judge, but you acted in vain without honoring our Father’s purpose or offering love. In your haste you’ve stolen from them, in return this has corrupted your heart. Can you see, you’ve broken My commandments. Now, your own heart is corrupted with anger, yet I stand before you as the Lamb of God and forgive you once again. I cannot free you, until you free them. I plead with you to free my people, forgive them for they know not what they do.”
- Forgiveness: You begin to see, you are as the Pharoah enslaving your abusers and Christ is Moses pleading on their behalf. You are as the Lion guarding your prisoners and the Lamb of God is holding your hand, pleading on behalf of the people. You weep and fall to the Savior’s feet pleading, “I want to forgive, please help me, I don’t know how… I surrender”. Once you are ready, pick up the baskets of loaves and fishes. Walk through the crowd and stand before each person, offering these baskets as a peace offering. You may wish to express apologies and forgiveness differently with each person. Here’s an example: “I responded with hate rather than forgiveness; I can now see that I’ve been suffering due to the anger in my heart. I’m so sorry, forgiveness really is freedom. I forgive you, please forgive me too.” It doesn’t matter if they reciprocate, you are offering mercy and grace.
- Freedom: Once you have shared your forgiveness with everyone, freedom is now being offered to you. You may struggle to forgive yourself, but Christ has a plan to free you with His mercy and grace. Ask Christ for a staph like the one Moses used and walk over to the sea. Place your staph into the sea and ask God for help to part the sea so you can free God’s people. Trust that God will follow through! Watch as the sea parts and the people begin to depart and cross through the sea. Stand with the Savior by your side and witness this miracle. This sea represents your heart. We just broke your heart to release your enemies. All is well, for this is your broken heart and contrite spirit! Now, offer Christ your Broken heart and contrite spirit and become that submissive lamb. God is well pleased with you. Christ says, “this is the miracle you seek; this is the change of heart. The field is white and ready to harvest”. Through your tears, open your spiritual eyes and remember who you are as a Child of God. You are as Christ, a humble lamb, meek, and mild. Honor God and His creations, honor the purpose of life by accepting who you’ve become, honor God’s name as you represent Him, honor yourself with this humble obedience to God.
Your Restoration
The Lord hath said: “You are as an eagle, your wings produce feathers, each of its own representation of life. The feathers must remain a part of the eagle for the wings to offer flight. Thus, your thoughts are not simply to be tossed to the sea. They represent you. Your thoughts represent crucial parts of your life. You lack the ability to see the eagle when you focus on each feather or pluck out those that remain filthy. The filth is not restricting flight until you reject the feather, filth can be cleansed and the wing can take flight. You can be rescued by the Shepherd as you have been lost from God’s presence. Don’t you know the price has been paid, death has been overcome and you can live! Your eyes have been closed and you cannot comprehend your own freedom. You are as a caged animal who has already been set free and yet the limitations of the mind keep you bound in a cage that once was, but is no more. The deceptive forces of the mind have kept you cursing the feathers in your own wings. Seeking to pluck out the very existence of your struggles, believing the lies that the existence of burdened feathers is keeping you bound to the seas like a fish in the water. When I say unto you, those feathers are beautiful before Me. Allow Me to cleanse your weaknesses so you may fly once more.”
- The Refiners Fire: Ask for the love of God to heal your broken heart and help you to forgive yourself. Christ prepares you with a parable; you’ve gone about your way receiving plentiful and abounding in wealth. You were careless with the thoughts of others and with your own actions as you were content with all that ye received. You sought further abundance and partook of resources seeking only your own comfort. You felt blessed in all you received, yet sought more and felt justified in your greed. Your hard work deserved comfort and you glorified in the praise of the world. But one day the debt collector came and took all you that you possessed. You laid in your misery cursing the world for unjustly robbing you. You wailed in misery and cursed God for leaving you comfortless. Left to wander the streets, you sought comfort in prayer. With not as much as a penny to spare, you found yourself humbled before the Lord. In the dark of night, broken and lost, you laid by the side of the road. Many passed you by, gasping at the smell and filth of your weakened body. Until one day, a minister crouched by your side; he could see something nobody else could see, a child of God who has lost his way. Offering the clothes off his back and the shoes off his feet, this humble minister offered something nobody else had cared to offer. Love.
- Your heart softens; “I’m nothing without the love of God. I am weak, but with God I am strong. The world is empty, cruel and heartless. God is eternal life and unbounding love. I cannot change the trials God places before me, but I can seek to know God. Maybe the problem, was the solution to help me find my way home. Thank you, dear Lord, for finding me and always loving me. Now I know, you are the Lord, my God.” Christ asks you if you have been all three men at some point in your lifetime. You confirm, yea Lord, I have. I have been unknowingly cruel, I have sought glory of the world, I have lost everything, I have suffered, and I have loved others through service while developing my testimony. Christ asks, “who has your heart now?” You ponder and reply, “my heart wants to know Thee and only Thee.” Christ replies, “that is good to seek the ways of the Lord. Come follow me.”
- Christ has scars that he could heal, yet he does not, nor does he suffer from the memory. Witness the marks in His hands and feet, these scars represent strength and hope and life. Your scars are a testament of the healing love of God. Your past trials and your scars can change from by shifting your perspective. You are as Esdras Eagle with many types of feathers. The trials from your past have burdened your feathers by breaking or bending or collecting filth. You have three heads; a spirit, mind and body; at war with one another, as the mind seeks dominance, control and comfort. Surrender your feathers to God and allow Him to cleanse your burdened feathers. God doesn’t see those burdened feathers as weakness, but as strength. Surrender your opposing heads unto God, allow Him to guide you to become One with your spirit and body. There is no room for darkness where there is God’s light. It’s as simple as changing your mind, to resonate His faith, His hope, His love, His patience, His humility, His chastity, His temperance, His meekness, His compassion, His charity, His diligence, His forgiveness and His kindness. The Lord is honored to share this with you. As this light from God floods into your heart, invite this light to spread throughout your being including the memories of your trials. Now turn towards the light of the sun and direct your focus on the light and love of God. You are a beautiful eagle standing before the Savior, spread forth your wings and fly!
Joy in Humility
Can you afford Joy? The cost of JOY was your pain, suffering, sins, and making sacrifices. You’ve succeeded and given away all you hath in order to seek the kingdom of God. JOY is free as you are relieved from the bondage of darkness. The message is that the miracles of Christ are not purchased, nor are they earned, nor reserved for a select few. The miracles of Christ are not of this world, but with God all things are possible. You’ve known this all along and this is the driving force beneath your desire to seek health, happiness, healing, miracles and joy!
1.Process of Sanctification: You are an eagle, flying in harmony with creation. Land upon a field that is white and ready to harvest. We are preparing the earth for Christ to return; this is the City of Light, the Kingdom of God upon the earth. See the living waters and place your hand in these waters and see your hand come to life. The light from within your hand begins to shine and the life resonates through your hand so much you desire this light through your whole being. Climb into the waters and bathe and drink so life fills your whole being. Here, you can commune with God in a way you have never experienced before. Here, God can heal you of your afflictions, do you believe? Here, you may be invited to partake of the fruit from the tree of life. Cling to this tree! This is GOD and His love. His love is the healing you seek. His love is the cleansing you need. His love is the power against temptation you seek. His love is the harmony with the body leading to healing. His love is the answer to everything! Ask for that refiner’s fire to burn out all that remains that is unpure or unclean. Feast on the words of God. When you hear His voice, your body is nourished. This is more literal than you realize as this seems symbolic, but it is not. The miracles of God are not of this world. The body is designed to function off of God’s love as this is His work and His glory. God delights in your humility and meekness as you are seeking Him first. All you need to offer Him, is clean hands, a pure heart and a little bit of faith. As you’re willing to act in harmony with God and seek this relationship as your priority, all your suffering is dissolved. There may be a purpose to your trials, but no matter the outcome, as you are willing to surrender and no longer oppose God’s will, the journey will become joyful! “Well done thy good and faithful servant.”
“It feels like light, how the sun filters through the clouds when it rises in the morning. It starts out slowly and then fills my whole being with light and brightness. It gets more intense, just like the sun at its fullness at noonday. The brighter it grows, the less darkness I sense, as it creeps away into the shadows until there is no heaviness of darkness at all. Only lightness of spirit, light from the Son, PURE JOY.”
“I feel like my spirit is dancing in a meadow of flowers, wearing a rainbow dress of light and color. My arms are outstretched as my soul sings” – “I can see clearly now the rain is gone. I can see all obstacles in my way. Gone are the dark clouds that had my down, it’s gonna be a bright, bright, bright, bright sunshiny day! Look all around there’s nothing but blue skies, look straight ahead, nothing but blue skies!” – “the joy is so intense, I can hardly think or speak because I’m so happy I cannot contain this pure light and JOY. I feel completely free, like this is God’s will for me, this is the purpose of life and I have finally learned the lesson. I rejoice at the opportunity to share this JOY with everyone!”
“I feel like shouting praises, laughter, complete forgiveness, all is healed. My heart is uplifted and I feel tingling all around me, I want my family to feel this too.”
SECTION THREE
The Problem is Actually the Solution
-This section is incomplete -
The problems we face are actually God’s solution, to help us be free of suffering forever and to prepare us for dwelling with Christ when He returns! Imagine if Christ returned and every soul with good intentions, was simply made perfect, without justice or agency or accountability. We must be clean to dwell with God upon this earth AND there’s a potential that has yet to be realized. This potential is one that we all share, but we each play a special role.
Imagine yourself walking around a mall on the first floor. The basement is filled with the darkest influences. The first floor is filled with those on probation seeking God’s light, but being given a choice to go up or down. We are surrounded by temptations of the sins and darkness of one another, but we are also surrounded by those seeking truth and light. The second floor is filled with angels of light and those who are worthy of God’s presence. The third floor is where God resides, but no person can advance upward on their own merit. The light of the third-floor cascades down among all floors except the basement. When we are on the first floor, we are hyper aware of the darkness around us, as there are shadows everywhere.
What if we are currently on the stairs between the first and second floor? What if each step is difficult, but designed shake off deception by seeking God’s perspective. Deception is blinding us to think we cannot reach the second floor until we are perfect. It’s true we must do our part, but we CANNOT be perfect without God!! We cannot learn the ways of God through evidence or the knowledge of the world. God’s ways are Higher than our ways. We cannot use fruit from the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil to understand the Fruit from the Tree of Life. These are two very different trees.

Alignment
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life.” - John 14:6 in The Bible. Hope and Faith are very Godly action steps, but do not put your faith in God to remove the trials, put your faith in God to help you reach your potential. Don’t get lost in worldly expectations, rather place your focus on God. When you are only willing to cooperate with God in order to receive physical healing, you are manipulating God with deception.
When you partner with God, you can overcome trials and receive miracles as motivation, but your heart’s desire must be to honor God by seeking a relationship with Him. True suffering is the bondage of being separated from God, the miracle is reuniting with God. God’s miracles offer more than relief from a single ailment, while remaining slaves to temptation and suffering. God is changing the world to make a way for His son to live with us once again, this is the destiny of your soul!
Knowing God’s design, makes it easy to honor His will. Let’s learn God’s plan and align with God’s plan to reach your potential. When your goal is to overcome suffering, this is a worldly desire. When your goal is to seek God first, this creates alignment with LIFE!

Knowing God’s design, makes it easy to honor His will. Let’s learn God’s plan and align with God’s plan to reach your potential. When your goal is to overcome suffering, this is a worldly desire. When your goal is to seek God first, this creates alignment with LIFE!
- God gave you a seed long before you came here to earth to gain a body, this seed is protected from all corruption. This seed is from the tree of life, which represents God’s love. See yourself accept this seed and plant this seed of God’s love, within your recently broken heart. This seed will grow as you draw near unto God in your thoughts and seek to remain clean or “keep a clean house” metaphorically. You can grow into a lovely tree and become a palm tree, rooted in God’s love or rooted in the Kingdom of God.
- You are now a beautiful tree, similar to a palm tree, with a variety of different fruit options. Christ offers you the palm leaves that represent the commandments to be grafted back in as part of your tree offering protection from the harsh storms of life. Acceptance of this palm leaf or any other grafting God offers, is as simple as a choice. My heart wants to keep the commandments and my heart wants to know God. I desire these commandments to become part of me as they offer safety in the storms of life.
- Visualize: See yourself as a child at physical therapy. See your struggle as the exercise. Christ is the therapist and God the Father is your loving parent who has taken you to therapy for a reason. See your goals as the motivation or toy, but not the focal point. And let’s ask God, what is the purpose for physical therapy? How can you partner with God to reach your potential? Accept this exercise God has designed for you, embrace it even! Your life is not a series of mistakes and your trials are not meant to destroy you. Some trials are God’s will, some are the result of your choices, some trials are the result of someone else’s choices, and some trials might be adversarial influences. No matter the cause of the trial, it offers experience and God can use it to help you reach your potential. The miracle is the change of heart and when you can understand God’s perspective, this challenging exercise will change. The problem might be the solution to something that has not happened. Maybe God is preparing the earth for Christ to return and your purpose is to be part of that grand city of light. When you are in alignment with God’s purpose, then you are capable of completing the exercise easily and quickly, seeking further advancement to reach that potential. The end result is the healing you were seeking in the first place! If you want to overcome the trial in your life, you must first learn the lesson by willingly experiencing everything God has placed in your life. Surrender to God’s purpose and trust in Him! Then you can see the miracle God offers you, was motivation to encourage you to keep going! We are so burdened with suffering, that we rarely feel relief when the miracle is offered. This is because the true healing we seek is found with a developed relationship with God. Everything that burdens you in life is a distraction preventing you from focusing on the true purpose and misleading you from reaching this attainable goal! The deception is that these trials in your life are causing suffering. The true suffering comes from being separated from God. Deception leads us to believe that embracing the struggle will make the struggle worse and we need relief to function. We are so close, but missing the message that the gospel of Jesus Christ conveys. Faith in God means that we support the purpose of the trials because we know God loves us. Faith means that we know that joy is found when we are filled with God’s light, all burdens become light and we can rejoice in the peace God offers. When we are acting in harmony with God, relief is offered from the suffering because the trial either ends or no longer feels like a burden. Sometimes the trial ends, sometimes it becomes clear the trial was the solution, and sometimes it’s an opportunity to grow and improve.
- We cannot feel relief when one burden is relieved because distractions will always be present in this mortal world. The physical healing is just motivation that we are on the right path. Visualize: you have been suffering a long list of burdens in your life. See yourself paralyzed in a wheelchair and praying to God to offer you the miracle so you can walk once again. Now, see Christ touch you and the paralysis is cured and you can walk again! You have a choice: are you going to dedicate your whole life to God, rejoice in this miracle, and feel content even if there are other infirmities you suffer from? Or will you become hyper focused on all the other things that create suffering, seeking further relief? Or once you start walking are you going to catch up on all the things you wanted to do and remain busy in the responsibilities of life? Do you see now? The miracle you seek is not being relieved of the worldly burden. The miracle begins when we have the change of heart and we seek the kingdom of God first. This creates harmony with all of life’s creations.
Attunement
The atonement involves repentance, while attunement involves harmonizing with God. Living in harmony with God creates harmony with the body. God is seeking a relationship with you; it’s your turn to show God that you are committed to knowing Him. Agency is a GIFT of freedom to choose for yourself! “Therefore, cheer up your hearts, and remember that ye are free to act for yourselves – to choose the way of everlasting death or the way of eternal life.” – 2 Nephi 10:23 in the Book of Mormon. “As for me and my house, we serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15 in the Bible.
The Spirit War is real. We cannot overpower temptation or deception or sin or evil doings of God’s children. Be of good cheer for this battle was already won on your behalf! You don’t have to be a slave one second longer, Christ died on your behalf and overcame the bonds of death to pay the price for your freedom! If you want to win the war, you must surrender and trust God. “No Satan, you do not get my heart, I choose God.”
Imagine if you were in the middle of a war with two opposing sides. Where do you see yourself? Are you all alone and being attacked by the enemy? Are you standing in the middle, attempting to resolve the battle? Are you walking away and feeling sorrow for those trapped in battle? Are you on the sidelines watching and offering commentary, maybe even silently judging? Most importantly, where do you see God and what would He be doing? The solution to your problems, is found when you are on the same team as God… Our natural thoughts tend to oppose God, making us slaves to the real enemy. Imagine yourself falling to your knees and surrendering to God. He is the only one who can conquer the problems you are facing in life; He wants to be your partner, not your enemy.
Example: you lose your home and possessions. This is outside your power and you know that resistance creates suffering, anger and resentment. This is an opportunity to respond with a willingness to give away worldly possessions. “Thank you, Heavenly Father, for alerting me that I was wandering dangerously towards the adversary by seeking worldly comfort. Thank you, God, for reminding me to rely on you rather than the things of this world. Thank you for loving me enough to remind me what matters most so I can avoid pride and remain humble. Please teach me how I can improve myself. May I witness how Job handled this situation so gracefully? I would appreciate the opportunity to learn.”
Example: you are afflicted with a terrible illness. This is also outside your control as you still have a mortal body. “Thank you, Heavenly Father, for reminding me what pain feels like. I used my health and strength to feast on my hard earnings and worldly desires. I appreciate my weakness as I am reminded to rely on you for strength and serve those who are sick and afflicted. Thank you for redirecting my intentions to instead focus on my relationship with thee. I accept this illness; I embrace these symptoms that my amazing body is offering as communication.”
Example: you are married and your spouse is seeking conflict. “Heavenly Father, thank you for reminding me that when I’m at peace, my spouse can feel safe and no longer be guarded. Thank you for reminding me to work on myself first, instead of seeking to change or control my spouse’s emotions. You know how to love each of us so perfectly, what would you like me to say to my spouse? I need your help to avoid speaking with control over my spouse or with pride. I don’t know what battle they are facing, but you do. I would be honored to be your mouthpiece, please guide me and teach me what to say and what to do.”
Example: there is an intense storm: threatening winds, hail or tornadoes. “Heavenly Father, I adore this planet you’ve created, I trust there’s a purpose for this storm and I support you. I’m reminded that my blessings do not reside within my possessions, I’m blessed to have a relationship with God, your love is all I need. I was feeling overburdened by life, but this storm reminded me to prioritize my relationship with you; now I’m feeling the power of your love. I know this storm is acting in harmony with you, but maybe reflecting the suffering of many people. This storm might also be serving each of us, by releasing excess amounts of distress or anger that would otherwise destroy us. Therefore, I choose to open myself up to share all the love and peace of God, with this amazing storm. My heart is so full with gratitude, peace, and love for this planet and for God. Be at peace, for God’s light and love shines here.”
Example: there is conflict regarding politics and war is approaching. “Heavenly Father, you love all your children unconditionally and I cherish this gift. My heart breaks to see unnecessary suffering that can be prevented, but maybe my way is not the answer. I’m reminded that the adversary sought to force everyone to succeed, but your plan offers us agency. I’m doing my best to support the agency of others and love as you do, but my heart breaks during these times of intense conflict or war. How would you like me to bless others and minister to your lost sheep? I desire to represent you and share your love; how can I support you best during these tumultuous times? May I witness how Moses or Jonah or Nephi handled a similar situation so gracefully? I would be honored to learn more so I may improve myself.”
Example: war has erupted and many have died from plagues and famine. You could be angry over the poor choices of leaders or suffering from tragedy that struck your family. Instead, your focus has been on your relationship with God which has been changing your body into a translated being. You are actively preparing yourself for Christ to return. You are ministering and sharing all you have, trusting God will multiply your blessings so you can share even more. You are radiating the light of Christ from your being and offering miraculous healing to others along with an invitation to prepare the world for Christ to return. “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do.” John 14:12 in the Bible. Then one day a city of light descends from heaven and the people from within the city of Enoch, who were perfectly preserved, extend an invitation for you to join their city of light. You are ready and worthy because your thoughts and emotions are Christlike as you have utilized the opportunity to perfect yourself so you can radiate light and God’s love. Your body is no longer mortal and can reside with God in this city of light. Then after this city of light has grown to full capacity, Christ is invited to return and live in peace upon the earth after it’s cleansed. This is true joy that can be realized in your life in the very near future. The steps in this manual, is your part of the preparation, the rest comes from developing your relationship with God.

- Visualize: your friend is on the porch outside their home. Their legs are tied together and they’re soaking wet, lying in the shade. Somebody took their crutches and knocked them down, now they are wailing in their misery. Your neighbor tells you how miserable their suffering is, but the solution looks so simple to you. “Remove the bindings so you can walk with both legs into the sun to dry off and get warm.” But this upsets him as he’s convinced, he will only feel better once the enemy apologizes for getting him wet, taking his crutch and knocking him down. You reply, “if they apologize, you will still need to remove the bindings, get up and walk into the sun to dry off and get warm.” Your neighbor argues this is impossible and you are minimizing his suffering. You sit next to him and sympathize, “this is hard, I understand this trial has burdened your heart. Maybe you can try to forgive them even if they never apologize.” Your neighbor believes it’s too late and there’s no way he will ever recover as he’s broken forever, left to suffer at the hands of the enemy. He wails in misery as he’s convinced his life has been stolen and there is no way out. You realize he have a choice to make; lose his whole life seeking something that is unattainable OR stand up and walk in harmony with God’s way. He has two legs that can walk in harmony to move one body, the bindings have already been loosed, his freedom has been paid for. The light of the sun will dry what is wet, warm what is cold, and offer healing energy. All the answers he seeks are attainable if he chooses to believe, but remaining in the shade is also choice. We are misled to think the only way we can feel better is when something outside our power changes. This gives power away to the adversary, leaving us weak. Freedom is available, healing is offered, but we must be willing to walk in harmony with God and seek the light as the solution. The answer really is faith.

Appraisal
In The Bible; “Fear God” is spoken over 150 times. The simple explanation means to respect God. When Moses parted the sea, he felt fear of God, but it was respect for the power of God and self-awareness of his own weaknesses. Moses allowed his fear of God to motivate and improve himself, to learn God’s ways and to always remain humble before God. Moses used a staff, because it was capable of withstanding God’s power. This manual is your staff: it can withstand the power of God, the voice of God, and the touch of God. God is using this manual to work a mighty miracle.
Okay another parable. Let's say that palm tree is cut down. What is its value? Well it can be turned into paper or money and sold but then once it's used it's thrown away and then it will decompose and return to the soil. What is the value when the tree is still alive in the ground? Well technically it doesn't have any value of the world at that point but even if it's not cut down it will still die. So what is my value when I'm alive? Well I work hard and I create money so lots of value. What is my value when I'm dead? There isn't any worldly value left. Only grief. Once that tree is cut down can it be put back in the ground as a living tree again? No... but the tree stump can regrow.
What value is with the body of Christ when it is dead? There is no value but what was the value when Christ Resurrected? At that point the value completely changed with a perspective that is not of this world anymore. At that point the value of the resurrected body is a symbol of Hope for me. So why would that be a symbol of Hope is it because I want to live forever? No not really. It's a symbol of Hope because I can be with my loved ones and fulfill God's plan.
So if God offered you a billion dollars or to truly know God, which one is more valuable to you? Well me personally, I know that knowing god is more valuable to me than anything and I would very easily resist the money temptation. So what if my value to God upon the Earth was more valuable because I am doing the work of God. God created everything and of course a tree could be a grafted back into the Earth but not by the ways of the world only by the ways of God. And only for the purposes of God.

Appreciation
“And Jesus said unto them, if ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” – Matthew 17:20 in The Bible. A mustard seed can become a plant or remain a seed. In order to become a plant, this tiny seed is placed deep within the soil. Mixed with water and the nutrients of the earth, this sproutling pushes against the resistance of the soil, but also receives nourishment from the soil. This process comes naturally to the mustard seed and creates strength. When you climb a mountain, you develop a deep awareness of the mountain and you develop strength from the climb. When you complete your expedition, you can love and appreciate the mountain on a deeper level. Likewise, the strength you gain from your struggles in life, can help you appreciate your life, which can help you to appreciate the love of God.
Adam and Eve chose to experience suffering in order to appreciate joy. We must learn to appreciate suffering if we are to appreciate Joy. Christ taught us to go the extra mile, give the extra cloak, to turn the other cheek, to forgive those who persecute us, and to give away all we hath. This process of appreciation for suffering is an opportunity to “know” God.
When your hunger is never satisfied, can you turn away from the source of your feast and seek ye God first? You cannot appreciate the value of God’s love unless you have lived one moment in the truth of your imprisonment. If you live in denial, you cannot see the value of God.
The body consumes resources and produces waste. So what if my body is punishment to my spirit for sin. What if we take off the bindings around our legs. What if we graft that tree back to the Earth dedicating Our Lives to God. What if being in the light of the Sun dries off all of the cold wetness and warms us up. And what if all of these options have been available all this time. And if I can accept everything in life and appreciate the purpose of suffering then I can fully appreciate the joy.
Maybe appreciating the body and appreciating agency and all of the growth that we experience from our trials. Maybe the reason why Resurrection offers hope is because we have learned how to love our bodies. And we want to be with our bodies again.
When a tree is cut down does it want to be chopped up and sold? Or does the tree want somebody to see its value? Do we mourn when a loved one dies because they can no longer offer us what we need? Or do we mourn because we see the value to their life and treasure what they have to offer? What if we cherish life so deeply that the value no longer has worldly meaning.
Can you accept the trials God has offered and learn to appreciate the glory of God’s light? Can you realize that your way is not the right way, only God’s way leads to happiness? Are you humble enough to try God’s way or do you still seek God’s healing power on your own merit? There is a path laid to attain all the miracles you seek, if you can accept the responsibilities required to withstand and maintain God’s healing light. What if we had foresight, that we could have eternal life and live with Christ in His glory upon the earth in just a few short years. What if all your suffering was helping you to become aware of this choice so that if you choose God, you can be prepared.

Reunion
“If your eye be single to my glory, your whole bodies shall be filled with light and there shall be no darkness in you; and that body which is filled with light comprehendeth all things.” – D&C 88:67.
Faith in God, creates miracles and progression, whereas expectations create entrapment lacking progression. The difference is expectations lack faith and places power in something outside of your control. Whereas faith in God is a choice to rely on God, thus creating internal strength. Expectations would be similar to holding onto a rail for balance, whereas Faith in God, is strength within. “Faith is things which are hoped for and not seen; wherefore, dispute not because ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith.” Ether 12:6 in The Book of Mormon.
When you commune with God; you might offer gratitude and ask for blessings. Receiving answers from God begins with a burning in your bosom, that evolves into the still small voice within. Some have advanced spiritual gifts of intuition or spiritual sight or empathy. However, when you are acting in harmony with God, the answers you receive will advance and naturally evolve.
Christ teaches us to feast on the words of God. When you are in harmony with God, your ability to hear God will naturally advance. His words literally create energy for the body! When you prioritize God above all else, this creates the miracles you seek. Your body no longer needs worldly things like sleep, food, medicine, etc. Your body was designed by God to run off the power of God. This only changed when Adam and Even chose temptation, but with we know that Christ is preparing to live with us again.
Faith as a grain of mustard seed is spoken in the Bible as a reference to describe that you don’t need a lot of faith for God to respond. When we practice the steps in this manual to harmonize with God’s mission, then all we need is a teeny tiny bit of faith in God and He WILL follow through! Newtons laws of physics naturally oppose the ability to walk on water, raise the dead or part the sea. God’s laws are different and the logic is difficult to grasp. This is where faith begins. When you do your part to practice cleanliness and harmony, then put your faith in God that His words will create miracles with your body and your life. But there’s more…
Restoration of your spirit is part of the process: “For the time cometh, saith the Lamb of God, that I will work a great and marvelous work among the children of men; a work which shall be everlasting – either to the convincing them unto peace and life eternal, or unto the deliverance of them to the hardness of their hearts and the blindness of their minds unto their being brought down into captivity.” – 1 Nephi 14:7 in the Book of Mormon. “For behold, this is my work and my glory – to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.” – Moses 1:39 in the Pearl of Great Price.
“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:48 in The Bible.

Joy in Healing
“Sanctify yourselves that your minds become single to God, and the days will come that you shall see Him for He will unveil His face unto you, and it shall be in His own time, and in His own way, and according to His own will.” – D&C 88:69.
“You have received a witness; for if I have told you things which no man knoweth have you not received a witness? And, behold, I grant unto you a gift, if you desire of me, to translate, even as my servant Joseph.” – D&C 6:24-25. The Joseph Smith translation of Genesis 14:25-40 states in verse 32: “And men having this faith, coming up onto this order of God, were translated and taken up into heaven.”
This process is the restoration of Your spirit: you are evolving from a spirit – into a new, completed and restored being with a spirit, mind and body that is no longer mortal or susceptible to death… In the Garden it was stated this is the power of the Gods. Christ showed us this is possible through His resurrection. Yet, we haven’t lived the future yet. We don’t know the potential yet. We only know what could happen in our resurrection and what has been prophesied. We cannot foresee our potential prior to the resurrection when we are hyper focused on the fear of the tragedies prior to the Lord’s return. Translation into a perfected being is absolutely possible as we are transitioning into a world where Christ is reigning. We know the earth will translate and we will be changed when Christ returns, but we have missed the process that is unspoken, as it’s only found through personal revelation. I am honored to help you see your potential from the revelation that I’ve received.
The Second Coming of Jesus Christ offers us the opportunity to translate into a perfected body so we can live with God on this earth for 1,000 years! And we are the lucky few who have been reserved to usher in the Second Coming. We must advance our relationship with God so that even our thoughts are worthy of God’s presence. God doesn’t simply communicate with words, but with thoughts and emotions alike.
In order to be in the presence of God, behold His face, and withstand His voice, He will transfigure us. We are doing our part for the process of translation in preparation to live on earth with the Savior. And the JOY is incomparable. The MIRACLES are unceasing. This is everything you’ve always known, but somehow missed. Practice these steps daily. You will begin seeing the change happening to you too. These steps will humble you and prepare your spirit, mind and body to comprehend and live in peace with God once again. This should be your primary goal, the solution to ALL your problems, is found with God! Seek God first, He is the answer. Not for your own desires of healing, but just to know God. I had no idea I was in the dark or lost. Now, I can see, God’s love is more desirable than any earthly thing.

SECTION FOUR
It's not about ME, it's about WE
-very rough notes, in the process of revelation-
This means a few things; you cannot do this without God and we must help each other in order to succeed. My personal revelation improves every time I sacrifice and share. When you practice these steps and learn for yourself, you will naturally rejoice at any opportunity to bless others. “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” – Matthew 25:40 in The Bible. Afterall, the path to God is not found when we journey alone. Deception is all about isolation and division, seeking blame and conflict and control. God is all about love and agency, forgiveness and healing. We develop our relationship with God when we help others. We experience healing, when we help others with their healing journey. We progress when we share all we have been given, as we know God’s blessings are abundant and the path to God is through giving and sharing. Let’s learn what that means and what you can do in your life to practice these steps God’s way.
Miracles are possible when we are open to God, open to the earth, open to others. Sharing this light, elevating others and seeing that strength doesn’t come from within me. The light is shared from God, when you have developed that capability to withstand this light, it is an honor to share it with all others!
The expectation was the false reality that you were coveting and is actually giving power to the adversary. So often we just feel like life shouldn't have been this hard and we don't understand why we have to carry that cross because we think that if there is a cross to carry it's because somebody else is torturing us or made a mistake. And that's because we think of God's plan as a predestined and very specific template where everything is already decided. And that's not what it means. Deception would have us believe that if it's not predetermined then everybody needs to make good choices and if they do make good choices then we won't suffer. Therefore if we do suffer it's somebody else's fault. It's so easy to confuse expectations and faith. So what if the concept that God has a plan is simply God trying to teach us how to have faith appropriately.
So if it's not predetermined and it's not a mistake but states that God has a plan is teaching us how to avoid expectations but still have faith. And if the mind is what we are fine-tuning and so therefore it's knowledge that helps us to comprehend. You know what just crossed my mind is that this is the final stage of our evolutionary process becoming like God. So what is the plan has to do with the growth process of the different components of our existence and the unorganized matter.
I keep thinking faith is things that are hoped for not things that are seen. Expectations are something you can see in your mind. So don't dispute or feel conflict or blame because you won't be able to see until the trial is over. And maybe the trial of your faith is telling us that the trial is strengthening you. So that could help us to spot deception from God's plan when we are learning how to have faith versus an expectation. And Hope is optimism. So it could be reworded as faith is optimism because the trial is the purpose. Whereas expectations are foreseen but create disputes or conflict.
when you feel like somebody else caused you to spiral downward it takes you out of a position of being able to change it which is the same as losing your agency. Feeling victimized keeps you stuck so accepting that God has a plan and maybe that plan is meant to give you struggles and the exact manner that those struggles show up are based on agency which means it can fluctuate, but the trial still needs to show up in order to help you attain the growth necessary in order to succeed in advancing the part of you that is being tested here with this life. If your spirit is already perfect and your body is part of God's creation and perfectly in tune with God. And if your body only dies because of sin then your body is also not the enemy but maybe deception leads us to think it is because the body reflects our thoughts with symptoms to help us to recognize when we are out of alignment with God but deception convinces us it's the other way around.
if you had no body you would still be you which means this life is the opportunity to complete the process by fine-tuning your thoughts and your mind. And maybe that is the last third that is still separating us from God. And if this is the restoration of all things then we have the opportunity to become one with the spirit and the body as soon as we can get our mind out of deception and fully in God's way. And once we can do that all that we seek for physical comfort will be the natural result.
So if God's plan is not predetermined and it reflects agency but does not leave us in a state of victimhood instead it keeps us in a space of capability and strength Within. Where we have the choice to make changes and have the ability to succeed then all we need to do is change the way that we see our trials in order to cooperate with God and start seeing results. But when we put the kingdom of God first we are not doing it only to achieve mortal comfort but with the proper intention of focusing on God so deception doesn't lead us astray. I was also thinking that maybe the knowledge of the tree of Good and Evil is similar to having pure complete balance within the mind of the source of intelligence of both good and evil therefore the war between good and evil is really going on inside our thoughts. Where half of our thoughts are Godly and half of our thoughts are deceptive but not because of external deceptive influences anymore than The Godly thoughts are because of angels. Both exist and offer Temptation or inspiration, but originating from within each of us. Therefore the freedom to choose to choose is not prevented by external influences. Although they provide Temptations they do not have the power to stop us.
forgiveness is so important that God has told us that the top two Commandments are to love God and not just forgive your enemy but love as they are your neighbor and to love as you love yourself... which feels like God is saying that they are equal to you. And even though we struggle to love ourselves we do have that deep feeling that we deserve better so maybe your enemies deserve better too. But not just to forgive them but to love them.
So what if that's also Insight because it doesn't actually say forgive it says to love so maybe that's also telling us that we aren't really enemies even if we challenge each other we are actually on the same side. And loving also means to support each other as each of us are experiencing difficult trials which influence each other but we cannot find our way to God and love God unless we love each other. It's also interesting the way that it's worded love others as thyself almost loving others as though they are us which is even more than just equality but Unity and acting as one. Which kind of makes me start questioning the opposite which is how deception causes us to divide which is like God giving us another clue to know the difference and experience happiness. So maybe anything that causes us to feel anything but love for other people is misleading us from God and towards the enemy whereas God wants us to act as a unified loving team. Which then again causes us to reflect on how the trials tend to create a lot of feelings of hostility towards others.
So again if I'm having faith that God has a plan, when we put love for God first then God can help us forgive so that we can love others. You know Satan puts so much effort on dividing us and blaming each other and feeling all alone and conflict and War, what if that can show us that being Unified and loving is so incredibly important that it is literally the only way to succeed in the mission of life. And what's coming to mind is how Christ said to his disciples lovest thou me, then feed my sheep. I'm also thinking about how Satan will be bound during the millennium and what if understanding this, binds his power over you because our intelligence level has surpassed his ability. I'm also thinking about how God told me the importance of avoiding watching the wars and tribulations or political conflicts because it would destroy and to instead focus on this light that God is teaching. So if we watch conflict we tend to struggle seeing people making bad choices or losing their way. But maybe even simply focusing on others at conflict is so powerful that it can destroy. Which tells us how powerful conflict is and leading others astray.
we aren't just simply seeking mortal comfort we really do want to put God first and learn his ways cuz that is the true purpose and the true happiness. And I feel like there is still a part of God's plan that we are seeking to comprehend without any deception mucking it up. And I feel like as we have gone to this process together we are acting in unity which is God's way and so we can receive a deeper understanding without the corruption of the world. And as I said that a car got stuck in the lanes in front of me and I immediately thought she has not my enemy, she's my partner and she's stuck in a predicament and needs the mercy of another driver to avoid an accident. The enemy is not her, the enemy is seeing her as the enemy. She is just like me. Having compassion for other people who are making poor choices, leads us to loving God because scriptures teach us that anything we do to others we are actually doing to God. So when I show mercy and Grace to other people, God will show that to me. Maybe the plan is not simply experiencing trials, maybe the plan is creating Unity and love. Creating love within each of us. And learning how to love which explains why hate is so strong in the world. Love conquers all.
I'm thinking that the tree of light were told in lehi's Vision represents God's love and the tree of knowledge of Good and Evil Maybe could be us learning a knowledge of God's love on a fallen planet. Wow! That really is important for our success to attain healing and to become a fully restored being as a complete soul. And on top of that I have learned that choosing a companion of the opposite gender is a critical component in becoming a whole and complete once again. When God used unorganized matter to create us, he divided it into different intelligences such as the spirit mind and body. He also divided mannerisms which formed masculine and feminine and divided into two genders. Therefore the full restoration would involve choosing a partner of another gender to become your other half. Returning to your original soulmate does not support agency, whereas choosing a partner does. Thus supporting The Importance of Being sealed to a companion to form this Unity as and eternal family unit. So if Christ focused most of his ministry on love, if that is the plan, then forgiveness no longer becomes a challenge,
So even though we're on a fallen planet and technically fallen from God's presence too, God can use this experience to teach us and turn even the worst trials into something good. When somebody struggles to have love we do not teach them love by arguing like Christ said turn your other cheek. Maybe that wasn't tell us to just let it go but to support the importance of love above being right or responding with conflict. It is so important to choose love even if somebody is beating you up. love Changes the heart. Love can access to God and peace. A miracle that we seek really is the change of heart. And then sharing that love with others. Love God love others and love yourself is the most important thing we can do in life. Therefore just like the lessons in the story of Job no matter what Trials come upon us. No matter the level of power Satan attempts to have we are free to choose
2 Nephi 2:27 Wherefore, men are free according to the flesh; and all things are given them which are expedient unto man. And they are free to choose liberty and eternal life, through the great Mediator of all men, or to choose captivity and death, according to the captivity and power of the devil; for he seeketh that all men might be miserable like unto himself.
I love that the scripture says through the great mediator of all men as a mediator seeks to bring peace to People by compromise and compromise typically is both parties being willing to give up something they want in order to create something new that satisfies both parties. And Liberty means to be free of restriction. When you combine that with eternal life it means that we no longer have to be in a body whose penalty for sin is death and when we bring all of it together it means if we give up something we want in order to create something new with an effort of seeking peace with others then we can be free as a unified people and no longer needing a penalty of death as the body has eternal life as a reward for choosing love especially amidst trials.
When we think others have to be perfect to love them then we ourselves are not lovable therefore opposing the scripture to love others as ourselves. Especially when it is also paired with loving God. Now loving God is loving a perfect being but God loves us and we are imperfect. And when we are humble and willing to repent God makes us clean. Which means sin is only an imperfection if we are unwilling to repent. But if we are willing to repent then we will naturally love God. And we will feel love for ourselves when we feel God's love. And when we feel loved by God then we can understand that when others have sinned against us it only hurts because we have not forgiven because forgiveness offers freedom. But you know we cannot overcome sin without God so what if we cannot forgive without God because if we have somebody we need to forgive it's because they sinned against us and we cannot overcome sin without death but since God died for us it's also teaching us his love conquers all. Even death. Which means love conquers sin because death is the penalty for sin. And we only have to forgive because somebody else sinned, hurting us, and not forgiving as technically also a sin. So we can't forgive without God which offers us freedom and unity and the tools that we need to overcome all of our trials and love others as we love ourselves and as we love God. it's more of a liberty and freedom. Maybe faith.
I'm thinking how we don't overcome difficult things , instead we choose God's way which is light. So I wonder if it's just a choice rather than trying to forgive we are just choosing love instead. Kind of like saying no Satan you will not win my heart because I Choose Love. I feel like there is a scripture story to compare this to. Now love is something we offer others. It is a gift. That's something that we feel inside. And love does create peace and that is the result. So it also influences others and creates safety. But love doesn't require Perfection as we have learned by the way that God loves us.
John 3:16 states: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life".
Random: Anytime there is a winner there is a loser. Murder is unpardonable. Love those that are difficult to love - matthew 5:46
Miracles are possible when we are open to God, open to the earth, open to others. Sharing this light, elevating others and seeing that strength doesn’t come from within me. The light is shared from God, when you have developed that capability to withstand this light, it is an honor to share it with all others!

Is your goal to prioritize your relationship with God and share your light with the world? OR is your goal, to attain a life free of trials? Christ says to you: “_____________ lovest thou me?” You reply, “yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee.” Then Christ says: “feed my sheep.” – Reference from John 21: 15-17 in the Bible.
There are so many people who suffer in this world. I learned from Christ, this sacrifice and offering to help others, can help me to remain worthy and perfected in my thoughts. Every time I practice for myself and with others, I’m blessed to be a step closer to God. I’m honored with the opportunity to suffer with others and continue improving myself. I see now that the world is dark and this light will prepare the world for Christ to return and live with us on earth. I wish to return to the lone and dreary world and shine my light as the invitation to others. I know as this light increases it can also become an invitation for Christ. I’m excited to do my part to increase this light to shine as a beacon shouting praises to God – Lord, WE BELIEVE!” Your light that can literally shine from your physical being as an invitation, radiating music of God’s love and love for God. Go forth back into the world and rejoice as your light is an invitation to others. Your scars are a message of Hope. Your experiences can help you to offer compassion.
As you continue strengthening your relationship with God, being open to receive and to share with all others, you may feel deeper love for others. This love can open doors to truly connect with others as your desire to bless them will increase. You may find as you invite God to use you as a vessel to do good, that you are given opportunities beyond your wildest dreams. The voice of God within you can vibrate with healing power, altering the very structure of your body. As you touch others, it can be as the touch of God offering healing when aligned with God’s will. All praise goes to God and the purpose is not to boast yourself up on a pedestal, but to teach others and prepare others the way this beautiful book has prepared you. We are nothing without God, this is a mutual effort and the ripples can bless many who are still lost and seeking answers to their prayers. The purpose of suffering is still valid, for all mankind is invited to prepare for our Savior to reign on this earth. We are not yet ready, the answers have always been available, but we simply lost our way and the confusion caused us to misunderstand that to truly believe in Christ we have to change.

- Let’s visualize this: You’ve worked so hard to feel peaceful and joyful by overcoming suffering. You have felt the miracle of the change of heart and your body is responding by healing from infirmities. Your revelation has improved and you’re choosing to obey God, but you feel like you desperately need a break. Maybe even avoiding any possible triggers or anything else that could take away this freedom from suffering. As you go about your day, you are feeling all the intense emotions of others. This might frustrate you because you want to help your family first and don’t wish to lose this amazing light you feel. You pass by a woman pleading on behalf of her baby who is dying of brain cancer. Your heart aches seeing them in such torment and pain, but you cannot fix everyone. They need to help themselves! Afterall, nobody saved you in your hour of suffering! You had to do it the hard way and you deserve JOY. Then you pass by a couple that is arguing and it seems so obvious to you that the solution they need to feel better, is God. Then you pass by a widow who is weeping and mourning the loss of her husband. Your heart tugs as you begin to weep with her. You keep trying to avoid all these feelings so they don’t take away the relief you finally attained. You might even pray, “Father please make these feelings go away so I can remain in this space of healing!” Next, you pass by a young orphaned child that is starving to death. Can you continue to put yourself first or will you finally see what God is trying to teach you? “Cast your mind upon the night that you cried unto me in your heart… Did I not speak peace to your mind?” – D&C 6:22-23. When you were lost and suffering, it was God who reached out to you, the gifts of healing have come from God. All the progress you’ve made in your life is because God offered you opportunities with spiritual gifts or personal revelation. God has prevented suffering you didn’t ever have to experience. You are blessed to have these gifts, “When ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.” – Mosiah 2:17 in the Book of Mormon. Your mind opens up to understand that God is offering you a gift. What if you naturally see these people suffering and respond the way Christ did? “Weep with them that weep.” – Romans 12:15 in the Bible. What if you felt their suffering and respond with a desire to sacrifice all your comfort to take on their suffering and then give them all your light and healing that was offered to you?
- You’ve received the miracle within your heart, now fall to the ground and offer gratitude to Christ. Ask the Savior, “how may I serve thee?” What do you think He would say? I think He would say, “come follow me.” And He would encourage you to “feed my sheep” or “free my people.” These are opportunities to elevate your relationship with God and to serve others because Christ knows that the true healing you seek is found with God.
As you continue strengthening your relationship with God, being open to receive and to share with all others, you may feel deeper love for others. This love can open doors to truly connect with others as your desire to bless them will increase. Miracles
This section is also being written still ---------- These are just my messy notes
We seek the miracles that Christ offered, these miracles are not withheld from us, we simply FEEL forsaken in our suffering. “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do.” John 14:12 in the KJV of the Holy Bible.
The voice of God and the touch of God literally has the power to overcome all suffering and even death. When we find ourselves Desiring to shift the focus and really commit every single day to begin with prayer then increase our personal revelation through practice. That light within us only elevates when we stop thinking of only of our own comfort. It’s not about me, it’s about we. When we start sacrificing, when we start giving away everything we have specifically sharing our spiritual gifts, speaking and using our voice to share that personal revelation with one another and lifting one another up. That is when we increase our light that is when we show that we can be responsible with the gifts that God offers us. That is when God sees that we have truly learned and taken upon ourselves the heart of Christ. And when we are truly ready to advance our relationship with God and when the voice of God will no longer destroy us but it will lift us up, that voice and that touch can and will heal the Flesh in an instant. This healing is what we have been seeking all our lives through. Christ has promised us it is possible and the opportunity has always been available to us. It takes dedication, commitment, an exercise of your thoughts so that your thoughts can become one with God. Then your emotions will become one with god. Then your words and your deeds will be one with god. And then you will be ready to live with God. And God will offer you a perfected body that can live forever and pure upon the face of God and rejoice without being destroyed. This is your birthright. This is your purpose. There is no joy in living forever with God alone. Go and bless others. Use that gift! Show others this miracle so their hearts too can change and begin this process. If it's so be that you should labor all your days and bring one Soul unto me but how much more greater shall be your joy if you bring many Souls. I am nobody. I am at the week and the lowland heart. It is the meek that shall inherit the kingdom of god. This is not your glory. All glory is God's. All joy is found in god. Real love, God's love sees your enemy as equal to you, somebody who is suffering and lost and the true solution is finding God. We should want that for all mankind. The true miracle is the change of heart. All miracles will be made available to you when your heart has changed. And when your heart and your mind is one With God all things are possible. Christ can and will return as we build up a city of light. For all those who truly believe and are ready to live with him. What if God can use your physical suffering as an opportunity to show you a miracle? This gift of healing can be shared with others as well, but only in combination with sharing these teachings. Because it is not my glory, it is Gods glory!
Visualize christ healing leprosy: (be sure to include the dirt mixed with the spit of Christ to heal all infection) The vibrations of Gods voice cause the physical body to alter shape including infections. The sacred geometry alignment. Start with love then reflect the light and vibrations but allowing this to be an inspiration. For instance feeling love towards Zach and then feeling the surrender within myself - he responds to my energy and it puts him to sleep every time!
Sacred geometry can help align with the triangle in your mind; organizing and filtering the incoming and outgoing thoughts and the 4 layered diamond all around you.
Love opens the door so they feel safe rather than resisting or feeling forced. God always starts with love. Then focus on your own light and the voice of God and the vibrations of Gods voice, it rumbles! That vibration or that touch from God through me - can inspire or influence healing BUT it is not ME!!! It is an invitation from God to all people. My light can be a song to God, it can also be an invitation from God to all people who see and feel this light radiating from me or anyone who feels miraculous healing… It will be temporary relief because its an invitation to make this change themselves. Im nobody, this is nothing I can do special, this is something everyone can do!!!! God loves us all, and doesn’t pick favorites!
When offering healing we start with love, then inspire with our light, then when granted permission from God, we can vibrate with the voice of God. The vibrations of Gods voice that rumble within those who have developed this relationship so deeply, that we can withstand the resonance of God. Then we share it freely as it is an invitation. The miracle is offered but semi-conditional that I follow through teaching and helping the lost sheep reach their potential. If the desire is to continue seeking ways of this world, it doesn’t last or work at all. If its for the building up the Kingdom of God for the City of Light for Christ to reign, then we give glory to God and teach so that people can succeed and find their way back to God and join us in the City of Light.
During times of FAMINE: let’s learn from Moses – Moses was on his knees praying. He felt so humble and so self-aware of his own differences from those of God that he truly felt that fear of God in such a way that he truly wanted to be worthy. He takes every time he prays so seriously. Not casually the way we often do. The intensity of emotion that he feels when he prays is seriously something I have never witnessed from any of the other prophets or Apostles I have been blessed to learn from. Only comparable to Jesus Christ. I see these opportunities as ways to improve Myself by learning from those who did it right. Moses pled on behalf of the people as he was fasting himself. Moses was weeping with love for the people. He knew that God loved those people and not only did God create us but we are formed Out of the Dust of the Earth. Moses was also feeling a great deep love for the earth and the soil. This was interesting because as I'm witnessing this I'm also aware that the people were probably putting a lot of pressure on him and he could have felt frustrated with God or frustrated with the Earth. But there was Zero evidence of any of those thoughts or emotions taking place within Moses. Which really shows me that at this point he had interacted with God so much that even hunger or feeling pressured, he was still able to choose love and God's ways. But also that Moses is still human as well because he still was so aware of his own limitations and his own imperfections that even as he prayed he still felt unworthy while seeking to be more Worthy which made him not only humble but committed to trying to continuously improve. Two angels were present and encouraged him to place his hands within the soil. As he placed his hands within the soil and was feeling all these emotions for the people and a significant amount of loving humility for the Earth knowing that the Earth is completely worthy of the power of God. He began to weep so heavily that it was watering the soil. And as he placed his hands into the soil about the depth of a seed, he was surrendering all of his own weaknesses unto God. With a beautiful Act of repentance. So essentially he felt such great love for God the people and the Earth as his main intense emotion creating him to cry and water the Earth. And then he focused on removing the parts of himself that he felt were unworthy by surrendering so that he was worthy of placing his hands into the Earth without corrupting the Earth with any of his own weaknesses. Therefore he got himself into a space of pure Godly light. But he is also feeling a great deal of faith that God could do anything. Although his humility was so strong that his faith feels different than I've experienced in my own life. I think I've always seen Faith as trusting that God knows best but will also help me. But that's not how Moses was feeling. I wonder if my faith is still expecting that God will fix whatever I am struggling with. I'm still pondering his faith honestly so I can learn to improve myself. Now something changed within Moses because he began looking very Godly. Manna began to grow rapidly... not the normal slow life cycle of a seed. The field was white and full and it just shone with love. The land became very sacred in that area as the angels also freely walked upon that land.
The Earth was singing and that song was vibrating within Moses. It was a mixture of joy and love and nurturing. There was also this beautiful Attunement of duality between the Earth and God with great honor to care for the people.
Are you committed to suffering or are you committed to the kingdom of God and building it up upon this Earth?

My Personal Revelation Notes
As we are advancing, we can learn from the prophets of old in the scriptures. These are my notes as I sought to witness their experiences and learn from them.
Moses's mother
I watched Moses’s mother’s experience and here is what I saw. She grabs her children and flees, unsure of what to do or where to go. She has a prayer in her heart “please God, oh please protect my baby and guide my feet.” She pauses and bows her head and looks at her feet. In that moment she in in a state of complete peace and prayer as though the world around her disappears. She says in her heart “I trust you”. I see her hold her baby over her head, symbolically, and she dedicates her baby to God. I see the baby become a pure beam of light and she releases him. Then she comes back to the present and opens her eyes. There is a moment that she feels resolve that her baby belongs to God regardless of the outcome. He may be killed or spared, but either way she has given her precious son to God. She is trusting that her son belongs to God and not her. She is trusting that God loves this baby.
She is not acting on Hope or expectations of how God will bless her or her children. Her comprehension of God’s plan is eternal and centered on love. I hear her whispering “free my people” as a tear falls from her face. She starts to cry more and remains in this hidden place as she has accepted her fate. The soldiers run past her and do not see her as though God made them invisible. She gasps in shock. “Could this be? They didn’t see me?” She looks at her feet again and jumps to her feet and runs. Her heart fills with hope and gratitude and conviction of God’s miracles. She looks down at her son; seeing his spiritual light as a valiant servant of God. She looks at her baby; “You Are God’s Hands.” She kisses her baby’s cheek, then places her hand in the river as though she is instructing the river. Again, she bows her head in prayer; light is flowing between her and the river and the baby.
There is a moment she asks for privacy and so I will wait until I am permitted to continue witnessing her journey. My mortal thoughts were attempting to piece together what is occurring. Then I realized this is my faulty thought pattern; my ego needs to create a rational explanation. For example: I will trust in God as long as my baby is safe, we require all the details upfront in order to act in faith. This is not the process Moses’s mother partook. She didn’t know if her baby would be saved or sacrificed, if his mission would be fulfilled on earth or in the heavens. Her faith was the knowledge of God’s love, which formed her trust in God to decide her baby’s fate. She trusted God with the most precious thing, her baby.

Lot's Wife
It looked like they were leaving in the middle of the night in a hurry, without pausing to prepare. She looked to be having a panic attack, she was leaving behind a few of her children and the thought of leaving them behind to be destroyed in Sodom and Gomorrah, was causing her extreme distress. She doesn’t seem to feel worthy of God’s love or forgiveness. She thinks that God intentionally didn’t offer her revelation because she was undeserving of God’s love. Leaving her children is the primary concern. Then she stops and there is this look of resolve across her face. She is silent and there is a moment of sacred silence as she is silently praying. Then she chooses to turn around. This choice is like the one made in the Garden of Eden. It was not unconsciously done nor was it due to selfishness. She prayed and pleaded with God to take her as a sacrifice to save her children. Her prayer was a choice and an offering unto God. This is compounded with the emotion of feeling sinful and deserving God’s wrath, but also with the hope that her sacrifice was enough to save her children. God responded to her righteous plea and rather than destroying her, God blessed Lot’s wife by preserving her in the form of a salt pillar until the time of the Savior’s second coming. She will be kept in this form of a salt pillar perfectly preserved until she can live in peace during the millennium. This is not the same as being destroyed. This is protecting her from the sin of the world and blessing her with eternal life in a time that sin is wiped from the earth and peace is restored. This was her atonement offering.
I asked why this is not spelled out in the scriptures, why are we led to believe she was sinful in her actions to desire to turn around. Because her act was so sacred, the details were kept sacred to preserve her from the sinful nature of the world. If we desired to understand more and truly know for ourselves, God would teach us. I am responsible for my own interpretations of the scriptures. I asked why we call her Lot’s wife, why don’t we know her name? Much like Heavenly Mother and the sacredness of her identity, Lot’s wife needed the protection of ambiguity.
After being turned to salt, I saw her sacrificial offering depart as though it looked like glowing flecks of salt that sprinkled over Sodom and Gomorrah as it was burning. Then I saw spirits ascending and connecting with the flecks of glowing salt. I felt this meant that her offering saved a few souls… But I did not follow the process further.

Jonah
I prayed for the honor to be granted access into the belly of the whale with Jonah. Jonah was very regretful that he ignored God and wondered if it was punishment that he was swallowed up by a whale or just the end of his life and thus feeling like he failed in his mission. Then an angel appears.
The angel is giving Jonah a choice. He’s invited into the spirit world or to return and preach repentance. Jonah is asking what God wants of him, but God is saying that it is entirely Jonah's choice. God is not giving him foresight that he will be a prophet in the Bible, but God is saying that He will be very proud of Jonah either way. God is showing extreme patience and compassion and Grace.
Jonah asks the angel to teach him; these are my observations:
Water is the source of life. It exists in the physical world and the spirit world and all throughout the universe. It connects all of creation. Water contains light and a living life source. Water is endlessly moving and changing. Reminding us that change is possible. And also offers cleansing reminding us a baptism and the resurrection within the atonement. Water revitalizes and gives life to even the tiniest of cells offering healing. The Sun shines into these particles of water. Causing the droplets to reflect that light of creation and become cleansed of the pollutions of Darkness.
Darkness is the absence of God and all living energy. It forms opposition giving evil a shadow to grow within. The power given to Darkness within the human soul can shrivel and dry up the water source of life energy. Destruction is not inevitable if one chooses to be abundant in the living energy duality of Light and Water, The Earth and our bodies are created the majority out of water and Light. Darkness/evil Acts as an infection on the Earth.
The light can transform a cell into a complex multi-sided structure capable of complicated healing, reverse aging and increase lifespan. The body is designed with light and water. All Darkness acts as a parasite or pathogen infecting and breaking down all of life. Hope is the glimmer of light found in darkness. Service when done in the similitude of Christ can align with the life force of the universe and alter the outcome of the breakdown of cells. Avoidance is a shadow of growth.
Jonah: "But how do you offer service to other people when they respond with hate or disbelief or blame or criticism? Then God's love is rejected and conflict is enforced, it is natural to defend your honor. How do we serve God without the Shadow and the Darkness feeding on self-doubt? I'm not choosing Darkness but yet Darkness is chosen by the receiver. It seems contagious and darkens my soul until there is nothing left. I thirst for righteousness, light and love. I desire to spread that message to those seeking. But i feel darkness towards those rejecting me and inflicting their infectious darkness on me. I can see the effects of their evil and I want more for them. How is this self-inflicting an internal focus?"
The angel’s response - "great points all around. But you misunderstand Gods heart and seek a limited explanation and response based on your wounds or short-sighted interpretation. Do you trust me to show you God and lead you in the way of righteousness?"
Humble response resonating like a deep rumble throughout mortality and the earth at its core... "Yes, please forevermore help me see the light again"
The angel - follow me throughout history.
(Shows images of war and suffering thru thousands of years. Inflicting unspeakable horrors on others) what do you see?
Jonah - evil
The angel - no, it’s the absence of light, one leads to the other. One is curable, the other is not. The images seen here produce evil, but at one point were merely the absence of God’s love. These are human beings capable of greatness with the simple remembrance of their birthright. You have the opportunity to remind them of their truth. Some Trauma from their life is beyond words, the only answer is compassion.
Jonah - and when I am teaching and I see sin and victimizing crimes, how am I to help the perpetrator to repent when they may not choose to listen and I may struggle with my own judgments of them?
Angel - if this was easy and already a part of your countenance would it be a challenge God would be extending unto you? The growth this challenge offers you it's meant to stretch you and strengthen those parts that are weak.
Jonah - I want to focus on serving my life's mission without being polluted by natural thoughts.
Angel - your success is not based on perfection. This life's journey is not overcome in one instant it is a series of many miracles within your progression towards God. Tackle only that which you are ready to tackle but continue moving forward. As you go you will find that your heart is changing and you are representing God in your interactions and the more you will resemble God in your countenance.
The angel - there's one more step before you are ready to depart this whale and reunite with your predecessors. It can be hard to depart from one's beliefs and desire teaching in order to recreate a structure that reflects light. God can work many miracles in you when you invite him in. It is not for you to limit the endless possibilities with your limitations. God is the creator. God is all knowing. He is boundless. Therefore, his Creations are not limited within you either. Open yourself up and invite Him in. Let go as this journey is His.
Jonah - how can I repent and have it mean something? I desire to be renewed and refreshed.
Angel - do you still feel that your journey is your own? Do you still desire well intended results?
Jonah- I do believe I am Walking with God. The mere essence of His love is changing me.
Angel - that is good. Do you believe his forgiveness is contingent on your service, as in you must serve to earn his forgiveness?
Jonah - no, my desire to serve is completely separate. I know that God forgives freely as my heart has changed. He's fueling my drive to serve mankind as I desire that they too know his heart through my actions.
My desire for forgiveness represents a fresh start and renewal. My old ways of thinking have passed away and a new is just beginning. I desire the cleansing of forgiveness to awaken the renewed sense of joy I and blessed to radiate from within. I desire to extend this invitation to all those suffering.
Angel - and what if it is rejected? What then shall ye do?
Jonah - I shall pray. My arm is outstretched always. But this I must hand over so the depths of Sorrow do not overtake me once again.
Angel - that is correct, you are not in this journey alone. If you are to walk forward with God, He must carry that which is too heavy. Love heals all but, in His time, not your own. You may never see the lasting effects of your service. Will that alter your willingness to still serve and complete your mission?
Jonah - yes, I will go and do the things the Lord commands for I know the Lord gives no Commandments unto the children of man save it be a way is offered to complete the mission and task at hand. I will put my faith in God. He gives unto us hard things so I may become strong like unto him.
The angel says you are now ready and the whale is given permission to release Jonah out into the world with a renewed sense of service and God's love.

Isaiah
The writings of Isaiah are so advanced, I felt insufficient, I am not educated enough to understand the way Isaiah speaks in the scriptures. And then I realized, I am using my lack of education as a reason to not be able to adequately receive education. LOL. Do I believe that God teaches me in the way that I can comprehend? And do I trust that God is real and offering all of the knowledge I am ready to receive?
I began with a prayer and asked ever so humbly if I am worthy to learn from Isaiah and if that is indeed the prophet I am to learn from today. I saw myself standing before Isaiah in his time period. He was aware of my presence consciously. I introduced myself and said that my physical body is in the year 2024. I could see his excitement growing and he said I've been expecting you. He's actually excited to ask me questions.
I'm explaining that I am not an angel and I'm not a scholar. Any information I share is imperfect, but as accurate as I can offer. I'm also telling him that his writings are still alive and used in the scriptures across the world, although the depth of his writings are difficult for me to understand as they seem to contain many layers of interpretation. He said, "Aahh indeed, do you think it not my intention? The Lord speaks the truth to the heart. Imagery is the shared language of us all."
I started to share information first so I can spend the bulk of the time learning from him. I said you already know everything that's important as God shared it with you. What can I share? He wanted to know the state of the hearts of the people in the world. I shared with him my images of church and within many religions and many faithful followers who seek righteousness within their congregations. He said, “how interesting”. I shared with him images of the homeless beggars on the side of the street. He cried. I thought of the Salt Lake City LDS Temple being gutted out right now. He put his finger on the side of his nose and said, “yes, I’ve seen that too”. I thought of my home and my family and he desired to spiritually walk about my life the way that I have spiritually traveled to walk about his. I invited him in my home.
I told him that I was working and he asked me to show him. I couldn't see anything but he could. He said I am desensitized. He told me to look on his back and I saw all of his experiences like a scar or badge of honor or a story written on his back as part of him that he takes with him. He uses all of his experiences from life no matter how easy or hard.
He showed me that we tend to erase experiences thinking they are not useful or ashamed or attempting to forget difficult memories. Apparently, a lot of us tend to do this where we desire to erase the difficulties in life from our stories in order to feel better, rather than carry them with us. He says that the trials and challenges of life change us. When we embrace the changes, we are open to grow and we wear those challenges with Pride as it is part of our story and life experience. It is time to learn how to shift our perspectives so that we can peer upon past events as they truly are. Let's give God a voice and teach the people how to embrace the challenges and wear these experiences with pride.
He's showing me with his actions: He is lifting Lumber and moving it. Then chopping the wood. He’s sweating and exhausted. He is explaining that it’s hard work. Was this worth his time? Was the labor a burden to him? What is the purpose of chopping wood? A: To be able to use wood for fuel or building supplies. Do I want to eat? A: Yes. Do I need that wood for the fire so I can eat? A: Yes. If I do not chop that wood, what will I eat? A: It makes no sense to avoid the difficulty of chopping the wood, but still expect to have my meal cooked. We tend to do this in life, we want the end result but we want to avoid the difficult part. We even go so far as to misunderstand the purpose of those difficult parts of life and think it is possible through righteousness and obedience to experience a bounty of blessings without experiencing the trials as well. The growth and the strength are Godly. It is misrepresenting God to presume challenges will be spared or protection from struggles is a sign of righteousness. The point reached where effort is appreciated is a sign of growth, leads to the creation of one's belief system that all effort produces a result that is desirable. So how do we implement this.
The lesson is not how to get rid of the trial or the illness. We minister to the heart. Feeling joy for the opportunity offered with the trial. Reaching joy is a journey worth your time. Challenges are not reserved for the weak or for the strong. They simply exist. When we accept this, we can coexist. We can learn how to use it. How to appreciate the challenge. Even feel gratitude for the opportunity to experience the challenge. An example is cheering on your child as they face opposition, knowing the purpose of that challenge, and receiving your own growth as a lesson to instill the Light of Christ within your own heart.
I'm being reminded of a dream that I had last night. Before falling asleep, I asked Isaiah to share any images with my dreams that might also be beneficial in my lessons today. In my dream my mother and another driver had some conflict on the road. The other driver left a note at the front of the neighborhood on a billboard that spouted some strong words representing her anger, frustration and blame. My mother responded with a very long note back spouting peaceful and Godly messages. And then she posted dozens of envelopes inviting other people to leave their prayer requests so my mother could put their names in the temple. I stood by and saw this billboard covered in excess and processed my own emotions.
The other lady filled with intense emotions and possibly feeling judged by my mother’s response and maybe even thinking my mom was using God as a weapon. Maybe the other lady was feeling victimized and felt my mom was wrong. Maybe she was sick of being used and learning to stand up for herself. Maybe she was having a bad day and feeling like the whole world was against her.
My mother most likely thought this was an opportunity to share God’s love and had good intentions, but completely unaware that her words would fall on deaf ears. My mom was probably trying to change the woman’s way of treating people. My mom probably felt like the strong words were a direct attack on her as a person. My mom probably felt the other woman was wrong and needed to know the verbal attack warranted an apology.
As the bystander, I thought both of them lost a whole day focusing on conflict rather than the important things in their lives, possibly creating far more conflict than necessary. I also thought they were inviting others to join in the drama by sharing these messages publicly, seeking validation, but creating a larger ripple of adversarial influence. I thought I needed to clean up the conflict, so it was no longer visible to other people and I was a bit embarrassed. I thought the solution was to tell both women how to handle this situation “my way” …
I thought, is this how we often go about conflict, attempting to change the other person? Who am I to say that either side is wrong? The other woman was frustrated, but learning how to stand up for herself. My mother was frustrated, but learning how to listen to the spirit and share a message of righteousness. Both sides felt right and had an opportunity to learn through the process, but there was still conflict. What does God want us to learn or do? We have all been the woman angry and lashing out or having a bad day or feeling overwhelmed or just at the end of the rope. We have all been the woman trying to peacefully soften the other person's heart or change their behavior or defending herself. We have all been the bystander either taking sides or trying to mediate the conflict or judging either person. Even thinking, I would have handled that so much better than they did. We’ve all seen that conflict never seems to create the results we seek, but the patterns never seem to change. We are stuck in a redundant cycle within marriages, families, work environments, with strangers, and with ourselves.
But the question is, what does God want to teach me with this imagery offered in my dream? Am I to understand the purpose of how the original trial can offer an opportunity to learn and gain experience? Am I to learn how to respect each person's agency? Am I to learn how to overcome this trial? I started reflecting on how most trials are much worse than a simple road conflict. Which led me to ask, why do we have agency and opposition? I already know the basic answer, but when trials are upon us, we can hardly learn because the trial feels like it's crushing us. Is this an opportunity learn how to stand up for myself? Is this an opportunity to learn how to be a mouthpiece for God and find the lost sheep? Is this an opportunity to learn how to stay out of conflict and be the peacekeeper?
What if it's an opportunity to have the heart of Christ? Maybe the only way I can learn how to do that is during the trials. Maybe I had to learn for myself what each of these emotions feel like, so I can recognize the importance of how I treat others. Maybe I had to learn how hard it was when I myself sinned or hurt others and relied on the patience and forgiveness and service of others. Or maybe I have to learn how to have healthy boundaries. Maybe the trial in my life isn't bad, maybe the trial is simply part of the journey of life. The way that God teaches is by experiencing things firsthand for ourselves. The problem is when I try to avoid trials or misunderstand that righteousness equals less trials. Maybe I'll never learn how to love my enemy if I don't have an enemy. Love is not the same thing as approving someone's actions. I feel bad when somebody treats my kids bad. Maybe God feels that way when I act in pride and boost myself up as always being in the right and blame everybody else to make myself feel better. Maybe God feels bad when I blame myself for everything that goes wrong in life too. Maybe, instead, I could use that as an opportunity to learn what the purpose of this trial really is and embrace it as an opportunity to experience these feelings and these events and learn how to have the heart of Christ. To learn how to peacefully coexist with all types of people in all walks of life. And how to focus on Christ amidst to the storm.
If I choose to focus on Christ and having love in my heart, then how can that change the experiences that I am going through with each trial?
The goal is to feel better. The goal is to feel peace and love and light in your life. The path to get there is unclear as we have tried it many different ways. So, rather than releasing the discomfort, let's lean into it and figure out what else we could learn or if we have already learned all that God wishes to share. Let’s let go of pride and ego. Let go of controlling the situation to create the end result that I desire. Instead, opening up to letting God show me a better way. Reaffirming your identity as a child of God. Taking your position as part of the Godhood and remembering Satan has no power over you unless you give him that power. Remembering God can help us find our way to the peace and light and love that we seek. And humble ourselves enough to let him direct the path, because we know He loves us and will show us a better way. Any thought preventing that connection is deception. And I get to choose who to listen to and who to believe. I choose to believe that I am a child of God. And I choose to remove all of the power that the adversary has had to create unnecessary suffering distracting me from my true mission in life and my family and my own personal growth.
We want the outcome of peace and love and light, but we are trying to attain it with control; particularly, the controlling of someone else’s actions. Or trying to change others. Or avoiding trials entirely. And then we don't understand why we feel the darkness from the adversary rather than the light from God. Many have a righteous heart, but an unwillingness to try this life through God's perspective or to experience the trials God's way. Trials can serve a purpose as it offers you the experience of learning for yourself, but if you seek God's way you must submit your heart.
I reflected on the dream once again and realized it was never about God's way or my way. It was never about my mom's way or the other lady's way. There is no one singular way to learn these lessons. God desires our individuality to assist us in this process of life. We are not simply robots doing everything that God tells us to do. We are learning and growing and stretching our wings. God loves seeing us develop and choose for ourselves! He never meant to be the one to micromanage all of our experiences. Yet, He also desires to teach us how to reach those goals, so we do not get off track and lose our way. The details of how to get there is up to us. God is teaching us how to have a heart of Christ naturally reside within us. He is helping us to be aware of others and our own body communicating with us. He's helping us to understand teamwork and duality and partnership and Godhood. He will direct us when we get off track and offer guidance. However, in a situation like the one in my dream, there is no right response. Every response is an experience and an opportunity to learn and grow. Everything serves a purpose. We are free to create our experiences here on Earth. Not to be confused with being free to pick or control our trials. We, also, must learn humility and how to depend on others and how to depend on God and how to serve others. God really does love us and he really does want to help us succeed. Succeed in becoming just like Him.
Your freedom has already been paid for, you just forgot. You've forgot your value and your worth. You forgot the purpose of the opposition and how beautiful you really are. Not how beautiful that you can be or your potential or how beautiful you are when you're in your best self. You forgot how beautiful you are at all times to your Heavenly Father. God sees you as a whole person. Everything you've been through. Every part of your spiritual growth. All of your choices and how they have formed you. Heavenly Father is excited to watch you grow and is always and has always had His arms outstretched to comfort you when it's hard. Sometimes it's hard to accept that He doesn't take the pain away, but He has always cheering you on. God wants you to see yourself the way He sees you and He wants to touch your heart and show you that you were formed out of love. You radiate pure love; you can shine that love and direct others during their storms. They need you. You have so much to offer the world. You have such a lovely soul and you deserve everything the world has to offer.
A miracle is not when God takes the challenge away or eliminates all suffering. The miracle occurs within the heart. That is when any storm can rage, but you can walk into the storm with your arms outstretched and fully embrace yourself as a child of the most divine Creator. Remember who you are and you can overcome all things in time.
The next day, I asked Isaiah, if there was more he could teach me. I was surprised when I found Christ chatting with Isaiah when I arrived. There was joy upon their faces and in their countenances. I do not wish to burden him or lead him from his lessons either. They explained that I misunderstood, Christ was waiting for me to join them to offer my lessons for today.
I started reflecting on my own thoughts. I know that God wants to teach based upon where I am and what concerns I have or lessons I would like to learn. I started reflecting how God has challenged me to start speaking up for Him in order to help lead people to recognize their own choice and where they place their focus, but I also minister and share messages with each person that God wishes me to share with. In doing so, I have been surprised that when a solution is offered that can completely transform the patterns that are creating suffering, only half the time is that council seen as the miracle. Sometimes, that miracle is deeply received and the heart is healed. Once that heart is healed it doesn't matter what symptom or trial occurred; the understanding and awareness of the purpose of that trial far exceed any discomfort, with the included suffering, even presenting a willingness.
The other half of the time, the person receiving that miracle for the heart is unwilling to make a change without the trial being removed or the symptom being healed. At first, I felt frustrated; however, I do not wish to control another person's experience and, instead, chose to love both types of receivers. I asked Christ if this was why He offered the physical miracles as well as offering the sermons to the heart? If the physical suffering is a critical part of the journey, then why have it relieved? Why isn't every miracle offered by softening the heart and teaching the importance of the willingness to endure all trials. Each trial has the potential to leads us to creating that heart of Christ within ourselves, so that we can understand how to do far more than just follow Christ's lead. We can also step into our divine potential and become like God ourselves. How is relieving that trial or symptom going to be equally beneficial? Why do some receive the miracle to the heart and some received the miracle to relieving the flesh of the suffering? And how do you choose? How do I act on God's behalf and know within my heart how to minister? If I relieve the suffering, what if they do not find their way back to God the same way that the suffering might have created? If I know that the suffering is not a burden and learning how to realize it's not a burden, how is relieving that burden going to create that result?
Christ responded and asked me if I was physically suffering? I said no I'm not. He asked me if I was still suffering from my brain tumor or thyroid disease or autoimmune disease? He asked me if my son still had a heart defect? He asked me if my son still struggles to breathe? He asked me if I was still married to an abusive man? He asked me if I still felt trapped in my body or marriage or life? He asked me if I had a beautiful marriage and a beautiful family that I continuously thank God for every single day, because we live in a peaceful home. He asked me if I felt gratitude for the challenge that I faced when I fought for my freedom from my abuser? He asked me if I did any of that alone. I was crying too much to answer.
Ok, I see now, the miracle really does teach just as much as the suffering does. If miracles have always been offered freely to me, then why should the miracle be restricted for anyone else? He slowed down and put his hand on my shoulder. Did the hard times feel dark? Yes, they did. How much joy was in your heart when you found your way back to love and within the loving embrace of your dear companion? How much gentler was your heart? How much more grateful was your countenance? Your son struggled to walk; many years of effort supported him. How much more was your joy when he took those steps? Was that joy limited? Was there a purpose for the struggle? Was there growth resulting from the effort to overcome the struggle? And was there a miracle when he took those steps? You see, the physical miracle that I offered to the people and still offer to you every single day is never limited. It is all part of The Grand Design. When I healed the crippled man, did that remove the suffering he endured? Did that limit his future suffering? It paved the path for him to strengthen his foundation that God is without limits. Why do I sit with Isaiah here today? Why am I teaching him and not go to the Father? Do I not have faith that God the Father can come down and offer these lessons himself? Why did Isaiah teach you yesterday and not me? We are each on a journey, we are part of a grand design within a structure of Godly truth. We seek to understand that truth. Isaiah seeks to learn those truths and he desires to share that with you and all others that read his words within the scripture. It Is Well with him. I too seek to act on behalf of my Father and walk in His footsteps. Just as you seek to learn from us and share that knowledge with others. It is shared with you, because you do not keep it for yourself. Just the same as I have chosen to share the words of our Father.
Regarding healing, is the whole point to learn how to trust in God? Or to learn to put our faith in something outside of ourselves? Or to learn how to create duality? Or is my focus misdirected? If I understand the purpose of the struggle and I have faith in God and I have learned the lessons, am I to learn to appreciate the ongoing physical suffering or when it no longer serves a purpose is it relieved, so I may witness that miracle and strengthen my testimony and continue my journey learning something new? Jesus Christ approached me in my home and he said stop and breathe. And then he said let me show you and stood at my head. I thought to myself I cannot imagine what would be the most appropriate thing to ask for. Maybe, I do not even know the potential of my body. Maybe I have been so hyper focused on the symptoms I don't even know what potentials my body possesses. Maybe my body is anxious to experience far more than just communicating when I'm struggling. Okay I do have something that I would like to receive from Christ if he is offering. I would like to start learning the potential of my body when I have chosen to follow God and live my life in a manner free from all the worldly distractions. While being completely teachable and open to all of creation knowing there is an energetic invitation offered freely that I had been limiting myself to receive. So concerned with my own imperfections and so concerned with external attacks that I had missed out. Knowing it's not about me. I'm seeking to follow the path that Christ has laid, while eagerly awaiting further light and knowledge with a willingness to share as a humble servant of God.
The flesh, the fallen and the risen are divided within me. Arise and take your place on the right-hand side of God. The heart is pierced through with a sword. What is death? It's an awakening, not an ending. Your hands have the power to heal if you let them. And I am seeing light radiating from my hands. Your feet can offer life to the Earth if you let them. Your words can offer life to the deaf if you speak them.
Christ stood at my head and touched my head and showed me: We are beings of pure energy. That energy is ever flowing within the universe. I am the universe; the universe is me. Burdens have no weight as they do not exist, they are perceived and perceptions teach, they form, they nurture, but they do not carry weight. The spirit within me is pure intelligence, pure energy. It is not me or mine, I am one with all intelligence. God formed me from intelligent energy. I can share energy, move with energy, see with energy, heal with energy. Matter forms and moves and changes at the will of God. The energy that is my spirit has been taught, directed, and molded through eternities until I was formed enough to have an experience with a body of matter. Walking on water, the living energy can lift the flesh. As we share this powerful energy source with one another, we are stepping into that Godly power and seeing miracles come about.
- Maybe, I misunderstood Christ. I thought being Christ-like meant to back down amidst evil actions and just pretend they are not happening.
- Maybe, what it really means is learning how to have peace within my heart no matter how much chaos is all around me. When somebody is acting out in anger or vengeance or hurting someone else, it’s because they hurt inside.
- Maybe, by focusing on having God in my heart it can help the person who is making poor choices to feel that love that they are seeking.
- Maybe, they are acting out right now, because they hurt and need to feel God in their heart.
- Maybe, if I'm able to act as that source of light and love, then they will experience that miracle within their heart.
- Maybe, this is the message God is trying to teach me to bless this other person who is creating challenges in my life right now.
- Maybe it was never about me.

The City of Enoch - The City of Light
Section One
I'm seeing an extremely Advanced utopian type Society. I'm seeing that everybody is in such a peaceful state practicing all of these Christ-like attributes within their heart and their thoughts and all their interactions. They are acting as “one” with each other and God and the earth. I'm even seeing Christ walking on the streets with the people beaming with joy. The people are forming a circle around the inner part of the city and holding hands to represent being unified.
It looks like everybody within the city functions as one with God and each other and the Earth and all creation. And the Earth offers in the center of the city a direct beam of light energy, straight from the Source of all energy within the universe. The light energy is powering the whole city and each of the people within. It is an offering from the earth due to righteousness and worthiness as they have a Godly mindset of creating heaven on Earth. It looks like because Darkness has no place in their hearts or their countenance, that the light energy is the only energy that is even recognized or received.
Now while I was in the city I was there with a specific intention and I was offered access to this light energy to be successful in my mission. The light energy was offered to me and I assumed it would be given in a staff form, but instead it entered through my right hand and became one with me. I felt the intensity of the power and it sped everything up. It intensified my abilities and all of the work I was doing but I recognized I was not able to remain in a humble space to do my portion of my calling in life. I was bypassing the Christlike steps and harnessing energy and power to heal. I realized quickly that I was acting out of greed and power, not love, service, sacrifice and tithing. I wasn’t full of love and compassion, but power. That is not what Christ taught us. I don’t want to misuse these gifts or corrupt them with my mortal desires, I wish to keep them Godly and centered with a Godly purpose. Nothing offered has ever been meant to contain for ourselves. So, I immediately shared this energy to be used for a different purpose and for someone else. Worthiness for such power is an interesting conversation. I was seeking to heal others, which is a righteous intention, but still, I could feel the desire within me to use it to speed up the work and bypass the steps. Which took two components out of the process: the feeling in my heart of love and being an apprentice to Christ by my side. Instead, I was running forward on my own. That’s a dangerous path.
It was given to me almost like a test to see if I would keep it for myself, corrupt its power and misuse it or if I was willing to share it. When I gave it away and shared it, it remained a gift for the other person to complete their calling. I am sharing this because this was a valuable lesson; even with intentions of a Godly purpose of healing with energy offered to me in a sacred place, we must always keep our eyes set on heaven.
We all have a mission in life. We are all working together with one purpose and when you are in the space you are less desirous for power and more desirous to function as “one” with others. We all have something beautiful to share. And we can honor each other and support each other without the need to possess each other's gifts or missions or talents. That is a very important lesson to understand to be worthy of this gift.
I'm seeing everybody laying down in the streets where they are and closing their eyes and drifting into a deep sleep as though they are being held in suspension. I’m seeing this sleep is actually a gift that all the people within the city chose to offer. I’m not seeing where the city went or how, but I am seeing WHEN they were taken to. They still possessed the Godly mindset of our parents Adam and Eve, they were unpolluted from the world and their thoughts were completely Godly. Therefore, they knew their way of life could be offered at “the last hour” to help the people rebuild and prepare the earth for Christ to return during the most difficult times of destruction. The first shall be the last… It looks as though they have chosen as a unified mindset to return to help us create New Jerusalem with their City of Light for the return of our King. Offering a beautiful Unified translation of the higher way to live and exist.
It looks like they were given a choice and they chose and they feel honored to offer this gift to us. I'm seeing their city coming down from heaven. It’s like multiple parts are being divided throughout the world in the sacred spaces that have been foreordained or cleansed for this holy city of light. It looks like God will completely Wipe Out the area in order for that City to be returned to the earth.
Then they are opening up the city doors and many people are walking out and instantly being transported to collect the Worthy and the righteous. The city must remain sacred; thus, the mindset must be focused on building up the kingdom of God and living in peace with one another. There is a welcome group within the city and one just outside the city. As each group returns within the city, there are more volunteers to assist in collecting more people, the city grows speedily until all have been collected that are ready to instantly enter. Then the growth slows down while those trekking are being collected.
The times of destruction are an opportunity to advance with our families, away from the ways of the world, to practice living higher in preparation. I’m also seeing that I can touch a plant, even a weed, and berries will sprout forth. I’m seeing that when we need water, I can put a cup outside and it will rain directly into the cup, only the cup. As I’m seeing this, I already desire to share it with neighbors. As I do so, when I return there is more food and water. Not to reward me either, but more to continue sharing! The more I share, the more is offered. The more is offered, the more I can share. I keep reflecting on Manna and how God fed the Hebrews who followed Moses. God offers us every breath and a land of plenty, why would He stop caring for us if there is a collapse all around us? My thoughts are being drawn to the lessons I have been taught regarding healing and changing our mindset. I was shown while my gift is being open to healing others, some have the gift to be open to the earth and the sun at the feet and the crown. Having the gift to be one with the earth, while I have the gift to be open to mankind. As we share our gifts, we can access opportunities through one another as a partnership. Not to be taken or used, but as we share healing energy with others, they can choose to share right back and begin creating a unified approach. This can magnify blessings as the earth also offers to care for us. The earth feels so much gratitude when we care for others, that she reaches out to bless with food and water to nourish and strengthen us, as we are seeking to love others with these blessings. When the intention of your heart is pure and Godly, it shows in every interaction with a desire to do good and give away all that you have.
I walked outside the city’s doors because I wanted to see the camps preparing people to enter. I also wanted to see the state of the world as I had not focused on those details when I left my home. Everything was dark, it felt like being in the world was comparable to having the lights turned off after being in the Holy City of Light. The darkness of the world felt gloomy and desolate in comparison. There was a complete shift when walking back into the city, everything was clear, full of light, and inviting.

Section Two
I was taken to two instances. First, when we are offered the transportation directly to the City of Light, will we need to take anything? The answer was based on your intentions. If you have an item that offers comfort, then yes absolutely. If the intention is to take most of your clothing and money and possessions, then you are obviously not ready to leave behind the ways of the world. The question was presented: would you desire the rest of those left behind to have access to your home and possessions? Would you prefer to keep your home preserved so you have access to everything and even have a “fall back plan”? If you are not ready to share your home and all the contents that you are leaving behind, then you are not ready to live in the City of Light. If you want to keep it all preserved, then you are not putting your faith in God and leaving it behind either. Do you love others enough to desire to share everything even down to your home, bed, clothing, and food? Learning to give away all you hath will begin as a process of losing so much during the destruction. It is an opportunity to lose little by little in order to stop depending on worldly comforts. The more you embrace the process, the more you will learn how to depend on God thus making the transition into the City of Light, a simple transition. The more you share everything, even when you have very little, the more you will develop a testimony of God’s higher ways. God will give more as we share more. Not as a reward, but so we have enough to keep sharing. God desires to make this transition possible, thus He allows the process of the disasters to occur. It must affect all mankind, sparing none, in order to help us to succeed when the invitation to join this Holy City is offered to those who are worthy. Even those who need to take the long route with a trek, will reach the day when they too must share their supplies and shed the worldly darkness in order to step into the light of the city. It is an act of sacrifice and one that God knows will be difficult. We can ask for help. Asking to avoid the disaster or asking to prevent sorrow, will lead to a stupor of revelation. It will be like water that sits in one place and develops a slimy fungus and even becomes dangerous as it contains bacteria. When water moves, ever flowing and rocks are placed in its path, it allows cleansing and purity. Asking for help to embrace the opportunities being taught through the trials, will be an open door. Remaining flexible with the mindset of turning away from your old ways, will allow for much growth to be open for God to teach you His higher ways. The more resistance, the more difficulties. The more acceptance, the more growth.

Section Three
Next, I was taken to the beginning of the disasters, more central to our present day. The exact timing is unclear, but I do feel it is upon us. I saw a large set of hands picking up the United States. Embracing the U.S. and even kissing it. I saw these hands pick up the president and toss him out. The individual holding the U.S., then curled up in a fetal position around the U.S. and took reign as a King. A monarchy is created and many believe this to be Christ returning to reign as our King. Then I see each person is likened to a tree and their trunk is cut off from the roots. Each tree still existing, but cut off from the base and root system.
I thought the anti-Christ represented many false leaders, this is one person that is representing himself as a loving leader, but I am getting the impression of the anti-Christ. I am also thinking that being cut off from the root system is like a tree being unable to receive nourishment, like food or water. It is also like losing the foundation of the structure system put in place to keep it growing like the economy. I found it to be interesting that this leader was so huge and presented himself as nurturing, with power and influence. A War mindset upon neighbors erupts. It feels like a One World Order. I am seeing the effects are spreading outward from the U.S.
Further details are withheld as the knowledge only creates fear when we are leaning how to rely upon God. Focusing on God is the solution and thus further details of tribulations are unnecessary. Just know they are inevitable and we must focus on God to survive.

Section Four
He sees himself and believes himself to be Christ reincarnated or returned. Many believe he is the Savior returned or compare him to the Savior as he is “saving” the U.S. Once things have escalated, he begins demanding we worship his authority as a king would, but he doesn’t use the word king. There is some anarchy when the president is plucked out. But this new leader is behind the overthrown president, although that is only presumed by the resistance and never proven. Instead, he comes in to bring order to the chaos as though he is saving the day. He can even do miracles or has the power to do very miraculous things. The followers are not evil or hateful, they feel very grateful to the new leader. Even other countries “want” to become part of our unified society.
The anti-Christ will rise and “save the day” no matter who wins presidency. Ideally, we remember to follow God directly, rather than placing our faith in the flesh and expecting a mortal leader to have righteous intentions. The more I focus on God, the more I can adjust myself with a willingness to change. I am not perfected but I am willing to change and begin with a higher purpose creating the Kingdom of God on earth.
Getting back into a space where I am able to receive more, I must be able to handle what I have already received, God will not overwhelm beyond my capacity to receive. Moreso I must be grateful and still willing to endure the experiences that were shown. I am nothing without you God. I know the disasters were not going to be pleasant. I knew that life is not a guarantee. I know that the worldly possessions are temporary. I know that if the very jaws of hell shall gape open the mouth, all these things shall give thee experience and shall be for thy good. D&C 122:7. I know this is not the end of my story. I know my story does not end with this god king. I have seen the City of Light, maybe this is when the city returns and prayers are answered. Even so, I weep for all those who are left behind. I weep for the world, not for my own family, but for all people. Being offered a peaceful Zion city, my heart still weeps for those not taken into safety. I can see why Christ cleanses the earth and it is mercy.

Section Five
When the invitation to the City of Light is offered, it now seems simple to leave behind all the worldly possessions. We are anxious to get away as quickly as possible and with very little. The transportation is less like a doorway where you are instantly transported and more like traveling through moving light. Encompassed in light and moving quickly while surrounded by light. The travel time is short, but being surrounded in this light actually helped me to shed away a lot of the darkness from the world. It was like being embraced by the light or embraced in God’s warm embrace. The transition offered in this method of travel and then entering the City of Light instantly took away the hopelessness I was feeling.
I was not aware of anything beyond this light transporter, until we arrived and flew over the City of Light, then I looked down and saw the Holy City below me. Our guide asked us “are you ready?” He could sense our excitement and hesitancy so we slowed down but the bubble around us remained until we were ready. I noticed we were taken to the center of the city rather than the outskirts, we slowly lowered and the light around us slowly faded away until we were standing on solid ground. I could see many others also arriving around us. Our guide departed to continue collecting others after he offered my son the blessing (as described earlier). But this time, I asked to witness the details.
Then a woman approached and greeted us beckoning for us to follow her. She seemed to know my questions before I asked them. I asked her how she communicates in such a way that she knows my thoughts? I also asked if there was a home we might be able to rest within? I also asked if we could get cleaned up and eat, everyone looked so clean and fresh.
Their process of communication is quite beautiful and very angelic in nature. It is a combination of intuition, knowing my needs, listening to The Spirit, and a pure desire to love and serve. There are no selfish intentions. For instance, if someone was stinky and dirty, I would think of how I feel. I might think of how gross they smell or how dirty they are making my home even if they were asking to get cleaned up. This is a selfish thought, thinking only of how I feel, even if that was never my intention. This is not the case with these people. In a complete understanding and instantly, the thought shared with me resembled a deep love and concern for my well-being. She wanted me to feel comfortable and welcome and knew that a fresh set of clothes and a bath would offer me that opportunity. She felt honored to offer me love by helping me to feel better about myself. She wasn’t reading my thoughts because that would interfere with agency. She listened to the spirit guiding her to know my needs while thinking only of me. She seemed to be able to share a complete understanding with me, this may be a more advanced method that I am not ready to understand. I felt that we often practice as empaths when we share energy, but maybe needing to be more conscious to share light and love more openly, rather than dumping our junk onto people. I didn’t need to vocalize my questions, she already knew, but not because she was reading my thoughts, because she was respecting my agency. She was listening to God guide her to know my heart’s desires while choosing to love and serve me.
They prepared for us. They chose to give up their homes in preparation for us. Every person in the City of Enoch, chose to prepare for us; by sacrificing their homes so we would have a home when we arrived. They knew we would be leaving behind our homes and stepping out of a wicked world, having survived much tragedy. They feel honored to share everything they have with us, it’s the law of consecration, the law of sacrifice and Christlike love. Because of this deep offering, God magnified the blessings they are offering to share, so there is enough for everyone. For instance, if they had 100 homes in their city, but thousands of families are needing homes, God multiplied their offering to meet the needs of everyone. Similar to the loaves and fishes. Same with the food and energy source.
Afterword
Feedback from my lovely mother after practicing these JOY steps: “I’ve suffered from fibromyalgia for a few decades, causing intense chronic pain. This process not only caused all pain to disappear, but I have grown a deeper testimony and relationship with God, my heart is so full of JOY from God’s light. "Trust God" and his wisdom, He knows what is best. We need to be humble enough to actually "Let God Prevail" and then "stand still and know he is God" and peacefully see the power and majestic beauty of the second coming of Jesus Christ. He knows our weaknesses and still loves us and "after all we perceive we can do" he will cleanse us through the wonderous power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. We need to pay attention to our thoughts and actions, but all he asks of us is to have a broken heart and contrite spirit. Our spiritual preparation will make our hearts aligned with Christ and be like Him. That our countenances will be full of light and love, willing to help, rather than hinder the process of gathering Zion. Eager to join him and walk beside him and be able to lift others to him. Only he has the power to truly save this fallen world. Christ has risen the bar of expectations. He only gave the 10 commandments in simplicity because that is all the Israelites were willing to abide by. When Christ came he explained the meaning of the commandments to give the basic simplicity depth and meaning. The reasons behind the laws. Now we are planning for his return to teach us more and prepare us for returning home to our Heavenly Father in the Celestial kingdom. But we can't pass on to that level until we have gathered all our brothers and sisters into the eternal family of Adam and Eve and then to our Heavenly Father and Mother. His Atonement made this all possible. As President Nelson has taught, our generation has been preserved to help with the gathering. Thus our hearts must be full of love and compassion and desire to help with all our hearts. To prepare we need to understand the underlying thought patterns of our own minds and hearts to guide others to Zion. Yet we must also realize God's love is supreme and he does understand each of us. Our strengths and weaknesses. He is not judging us and he is grateful for our willing hearts. The judgement is not something we need to allow ourselves to be overwhelmed with right now, as it will come after the Millennium. We just need to understand so we can actually be teachers in Mt. Zion as fellow brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ, lifting the hearts of all we meet. So our spiritual light and countenances will be like him, to bring forth a Zion on earth for his sacred presence may dwell. We will also need to build a temple in the New Jerusalem for him to administrate the final gathering in our temples (there will be 12 in the New Jerusalem, one for each tribe) to seal our Heavenly Father's family here on earth.”
