Control energies typically arise out of conflict. When we are involved in a conflict we oftentimes default to one of the following three methods: 1) fight 2) flight 3) freeze. If we resort to the fight method, we are attempting to control the other person with force; this can easily lead to the formation of a control energy. One person creates the energy and sends it to the other in an attempt to change the that person's mind. Each type of control energy will have a different effect upon the person. For example, the destructive energies tend to rip apart a person's spirit and the disappointment energies form a dark cloud over another person. |
